Monday, March 16: Need Another Extraction 🦷 Mild

Hey boys and girls it’s me yours truly. Well I went to Mike’s and it was a quiet morning which was nice. I canceled Dr. Turner’s appointment to put the temporary denture from the bottom teeth because I didn’t want anything messing with this hole in my tooth that’s attempting to recover. The only thing I had to do is go for a consult for Dr Wolgin to see if I needed a root canal on this one tooth. I just came out of Dr Wolgin‘s office and he quickly said that he can’t save the tooth and he needs to be extracted! Jesus H Christ another one and it’s 2️⃣ teeth over from the other tooth. I just had extracted so this might be another 900 bucks for an extraction and the whole bone grafting thing and the whole eating mushy food for a week and a half Jesus Christ goddamnit! Looks like the saves account I have is just gonna be depleted for teeth, but at least I have it for now. I’m just bummed that is all it’s now 2:04 PM. I’m going to Yoga continue 30 day challenge so I’m not doing the extraction this month. I need a break unless of course I ran a deep pain in that tooth which could happen. Anyhow, 3:43 PM I left Mike’s after Tony left. Tony ran through some exercises and thought that he was getting worse with the hyper ventilation and not being able to walk very far. I relaxed after the bad news from the dentist drink some water and ate a yogurt. anyhow, I went to the 4 o’clock class with byron. And boy was that studio hot and humid is anything? Oh my God! It was a perfect storm really humid and damp and warm of 60° outside. It was a good class though I did OK. Afterwards, I was pretty drained went to Mary’s. Ate a quick yogurt and headed to my meeting where I officially got my 14-year-old 14 year coin which I’m very proud of! After the meeting we all shared about shingles we all got we all got it at some point, but everyone else was in their 40s and they got it. There was very very strange. Well not everybody but half the people I went back to Mary’s and cooked up some pasta. 

Saturday, March 14: 9 AM Yoga, Breakfast & Choir

Well today we got up at 8:20 AM to get ready for 9 AM Hot Yoga class with Tina. It’s a 90 minute class and it’s early so it’s an extra challenge. The first two set ups were a lot more difficult than normal, but I made it through anyhow I did try to do the hinge grabbing the feet. After class, we hung out at the studio for a while. We then left the studio and went straight to the heart café for some much-needed breakfast protein, food! We hung out at this café for a while. I had scrambled eggs with potatoes, and I tried to mush up the potatoes the best I knew how. Anyhow, by the time we left the café was already 1:30 PM. We left it felt colder because there was a 25 mile an hour gust going on outside. The temperature said 52 but it really felt like 40°. I went to choir rehearsal got there in time which is good. Rehearsal was decent we went through some of the songs in Carl Jenkins. “the Iron Man.“ It was pretty smooth rehearsal! The only problem is that church building got cold and colder. So glad I did bring my sweater. That was a blessed relief. I left and the wind seemed to calm down out here. It feels nice out in the sun. It’s a brilliant sunshine out. The wind is calmed down so it feels a lot better. It’s now 4:14 PM. Well, when I got back, I was pretty damn tired and so was Mary so we decided to just crash and relax for a while. It’s now 830. She’s ordered dinner for herself and heated me up some leftover pasta and I’m going to have some split pea soup and a soft banana she’s having  Tarkka Daal and I’m gonna watch Law and order and relax.
