Happy Friday everyone who happens to read this and beyond. I got up and had breakfast earlier in the morning. Mary had reminded us 
that we have a trip to New York on January 3. We reserved the Amtrak tickets for real cheap back on November 8. I believe we have lunch with Linda and Dave on Sunday the 14th at noon. Anyhow, 
Nichole came today and went through a bunch of stuff for Mike’s medicine. He has an appointment on the 12th. I arrived at DM Medical at 10:30 sharp. They’re a little backed up today. Well, it’s now 
11:51 AM. They just finished drawing blood and giving me my shot now I’m sitting here for a half hour while they wait to see if I get dizzy 
or something from the vaccination. I’m at 4% battery power so I may have to go back to Mike’s to charge the phone before I go shopping cause I can’t memorize what he wants. He wants a whole bunch 
of stuff. It’s now 12:39 PM. This is a little more involved than my RSV Study. I did 2 1/2 years ago. I got my shots waited a half hour and then I had to do my first E diary. I have to do another one before
dinner so that’ll be after yoga and then I have this bag that I sent a stool sample if I have diarrhea symptoms more than three times in a row. This building
is cold good thing I was dressed up right I’m still back up to 4% cause I had to get my phone charged here. They have a regular charger, which is really slow. It went from 1% to 4%. I eventually left DM Medical 
and got the Mike’s around 1 PM. I then decided I needed to eat lunch so that’s what I did. I had my lunch and hung out and warmed up in Mike’s place. I
then had to go hit the CVS to get some items that Mike needed. You know I got things such as paper towels, orange juice, ginger ale, ice cream, and yogurt. It’s now 2:08 PM and I’m heading back to 
Mike’s now. I have to do one more of the daily checks today and I have to do a daily check for the next week on the app and take my temperature and answer questions. Well, it’s 3:44 PM. I got off too a late start 
because I was trying to write in all Mike’s doctors appointments and lost track of time. I got them all the way up till May told Mike and Angela that I’m away from the 15th through the 
21st for a trip to Cozumel Mexico. I signed out and it was 343 when I officially signed out so I got Mia at 4 PM so there! Oh, by the way, I have to care around this bloop bag of stuff for the research 
study. Well, Miah‘s class was pretty good. It wasn’t that crowded. Room wasn’t quite as hot as normal probably because it was so cold outside being in a low 30s all day long after that we hung out 
at the studio for a while talked to Emma said hi to a few people and then headed back towards Mary’s house for the first. She went to a market and got a couple things for our veggie burgers for tomorrow. Then
we ordered
Indian and I took my temperature and measured my the redness that I have on my shoulder from the vaccination or placebo that I got. We then ordered
Indian and I’m gonna go get it.
