Sunday, October 18: Breakfast Reiki and Yoga

Happy Sunday to all those who celebrate. Well today was the first day we woke up with temperatures in the 40s in the 40° category that is. Mary and

I got up around 8:45 AM to go to the café by around 9:30 so we could leave the café by 10:30 AM. We did pretty well in that part. I had a Rebos rancheros

in Mary had something else that I forgot. Anyway, we enjoyed that and then we took an Uber up to Lawrence Street where we were having each Ricky

session with our friend Mary Sue. This building is very large in cavernous. There’s quite an intimidating building. We went in and answered the questionnaire, and then proceeded to lie down

on me the tables that were set up. It was a very interesting experience. I must say we had the music going. We had pipes with water trickling down them as background noises. Mary Sue put

herself out there for us in during the session. I must say that was decent. Afterwards we took an Uber back which was five bucks cheaper than going there we got back and we just chilled out. We needed to unwind from the experience

and we did. We then went to Katelynn 4 PM Sunday class. She has a nice big class. Today there was 22 students. She’s an excellent instructor and people like her. After class we came back and

mailed it out a bit. I put a Threads post asking people have you ever had orange marmalade and I got 200 and 200 likes and 300 comments so far. This is the most engagement I ever

had on Threads ever not even close. I think I’ll start asking innocuous questions like have you ever had cow’s tongue or do you know where I can buy a

good symbol. Anyway, it was fun. Responding to people a lot of people from England in Canada. Love that shit. To me it just reminds you of my childhood mom‘s not so great

cooking. Anyway, we ordered Indian at a place called Curry Leaf, which is our only Indian food supplier since Royal Indian is shut down and gonna

be opened up as some other Indian store. Hopefully the cook that we’ve been getting our food from will return he said he would. Both of us are very hungry. We

watched the Chernobyl hidden tapes and it was very good. We really enjoyed them. We watched an episode of law and order and that was decent as usual.anyway, October is rolling right along. I’m on waiting mode.

Friday, September 25: Amtrak to Boston.

I got up along with Mary and got ready to head out to Boston on our 6:58 AM train to Boston. I didn’t sleep well that great but I had attacked most of it last night which was good. we got the Uber and got to the 30th St. station and plenty of time. We grabbed a bite to eat at the famous Dunkin’ Donuts place at the corner. Grabbed a sandwich breakfast sandwich it is and got going. We got on the train nice and Early found a spot withtwo seats together and got going turned out that our side of the train. The charging port didn’t work and we asked them about three times and finally during the trip we were able to get our phones charged just before we got to Boston. It was a smooth ride. There were no untoward delays or anything like that. We got the Boston and we saw this outdoor festival of food and other things. We saw this tent with Indian food and we decided to purchase some before you go to  the hotel. It was a little expensive for the amount of food, but we figured we better have some food because we hadn’t eaten since. Anyhow, there are some cool buildings in this area Boston. We took a picture of we then took it “T“ the green line. Commonwealth Avenue We got off at Harvard Avenue and walked to the Farrington Inn. This is a location of Boston called well I don’t know if it’s called but it’s like little Korea. There’s Korean restaurants everywhere. This hotel is basically a rooming house back from the 70s. It was really a trip we signed in we paid $40 extra for two nights of a private bath, which was a good move. Then we chow down on our Indian food is very tasty. We were thinking of going back out, but we are really tired and decided we’d lie down we end up crashing for a couple of hours, which felt really good. We got up walking around this one street which I forgot the name of which had all look in Korean stores and we went to a couple of stores grab some fruit iced tea, etc. for the trip back we came back and tried to TV and that didn’t the one of the managers at a place try to fix it and he eventually did fix it. It was pretty hilarious then we just got work well so we had real tired and crashed. Oh yes, we found out that the Red Sox game was being moved to Tampa to be played on Sunday, September 27. We’re not flying to Tampa obviously!! The email also told us that we’ve got our money back in seven days which is really two weeks in real time, but I have to keep an eye on my credit card and see if they put the money back in. Tomorrow is the weather supposed to get a little worse, we’re gonna sleep in and go to Starbucks.
