Hi! After a very restful sleep where I got a little help from Advil and a sleep aid I slept very well. I could’ve easily slept another two hours, but gotta get up. I got up showed up to Mike’s late & Immediately 
started picking up stuff because stuff was all over the place even though some guy did come in on Sunday and do some cleaning. Things were kind of messy. Tony then came and visited a little after tell me about 
10 AM and had Mike do some exercises in the apartment and outside the apartment meanwhile I was able to move his wheelchair and get rid of all the accumulated giblets. in Detroit that sort
of surround them like he’s pig Penn. I was in a really salty spicy mood this morning and I made the little messes that surround Mike’s chair and I referred to pig Penn then Mike was doing exercise 
and he started doing his grunting and groaning, and I started humming this song by Sam Cooke called Chain Gang🎵 Anyhow, after that, I decided to eat lunch. I did discover that the refrigerated door was propped open 
then I noticed that the refrigerator had been unplugged for the entire evening. I think that’s what got me feeling a bit salty! Well, I finished lunch and figured with 2% left in my phone. I just charged 
up my phone, but I realized that I left my charger in my house which really got me feeling a little salty for sure so I went to Mary’s and we hung out talked about the Eagles and then we actually shared an information about the NFL’s salary cap and the NFL‘s revenue
which is I believe $15 billion in the TV contracts are $39 billion. Newsflash as of 3:49 PM, did Jimmy Kimmel show is gonna return on the air tomorrow Tuesday after “thoughtful conversations“. Wonder what the hell that means is he gonna 
apologize he didn’t do anything wrong. It’s ridiculous, but we’ll have to see what he’s gonna be like on air. If people see the cops out he’s gonna lose ratings anyway I got a late start heading for
Yoga cause I had trouble getting onto Mike’s new Wi-Fi password because he changed routers. It’s not 350 and I’m still on Locust and 15th. hi there. I'm still trying to get this Blogg fixed but I have to jump around to three different block sites to get what I
want. Anyhow, we went to Byron's 4 o'clock class. The room was pretty hot, but it wasn't too crowded. I had to be careful my shoulder again, which is the regular period I don't get my ultrasound till October 10. Maybe that will show something and maybe
Jefferson will call me speaking of Jefferson. I called and found out that they have a backlog so they weren't gonna call me anyway so I contacted Dr Stillman and they he asked me for the phone number I called so I'm still waiting to find out when I'm going to 
be able to go to Rehab. Anyhow, we hung out at the studio and and then we walked through Rittenhouse Square and saw Klemmer band play that was pretty cool and then I went to my meeting and I had to leave early
because there was a delivery a huge delivery coming. The guy went out around 11:20 AM and didn't shop to Mike's address till 7:30 PM
