Tuesday, September 23: Warm, Shoulder and Yoga

Good day everybody. After difficult sleep where I was awaken by my shoulder at 4:30 AM, I had to take Tylenol and that seemed to calm it down. Wasn’t super painful but

painful enough to jolt me awake. Anyway, I got up had cereal and headed down to Mike’s place. I got there and did a little cleanup and then Mike was trying to get pico to come up with a compromise to pay and they were had them on the phone for
an hour in the Meantime I had a fairly early lunch and then I had some corn after that for little extra food. It is pretty warm outside. The humidity is a little high

too. It’s now 82° as of 1:20 PM I’m going to be entering Mike’s alternative pharmacy. Well, I pick up the scripts and I’m really glad I didn’t put on a long sleeve shirt. It’s pretty warm out here. 2️⃣ things of note I don’t think I mentioned. Jimmy Kimmel show will be back on

the air today, Tuesday, September 23 & Bernie Parent died on Sunday. He was 80 years old and brought back really good memories of the Stanley Cup years when I was a 14-year-old kid brilliant to the Flyers. It was the first

winning Philly team because all the Philadelphia teams very much sucked in my early childhood and  Junior high years. Anyhow, spent most the afternoon looking at people making fun of the rapture that’s supposed to happen today. Trump basically made a rambling
speech about how Tylenol cause his autism and he made a complete ass of himself in front of the United Nations general assembly, ranting and raving as he is want to do. Anyhow, it’s now 3:39 PM I’m at 15th and Pine gonna go to the studio sign up for class. Mary

and I are gonna take a wait the attitude of whether we’re gonna do Pilates after the yoga for the 30 day challenge. Mary and I aren’t gonna hit the 30 days because of Covid and our vacation trip to a wedding that starts on Thursday the 25th. Mary and I

went to class and Evan was teaching as a substitute and it was warm as hell but I was fortunately near the door were a nice breeze hit so it made it a much more tolerable experience, but it was a good class. My shoulder didn’t cause me more problems

and I was pleased, and then Mary and I decided that we would go to Pilates with Marie and that was a challenge, but it was good class. Maryann and I were both glad that we did it. I just walked to choir and I’m gonna hopefully get some new music.
