While SNAP is the official name for the FS program, PA has not begun using it.From: Communications - FS and SNAP
The SNAP name is used on the Categorical Eligibility brochure:

The brochure was under development at the same time that the Farm Bill changes were under review for implementation. Apparently the SNAP name was inserted at some point.
We haven’t begun an official name change, and it is not definite that we will make a name change. However, advocates, community partners and others who receive information and publications directly from FNS may already be referring to “SNAP”.
