Sunday, April 12: 🦷! Sleeping In. Yoga

Hi today is Sunday and it’s Sunday all day long. Slept in after dealing with a bit of a toothache last night. So I know I have to call and schedule that extraction that’s been due. It’s a signal fortunately I able to take Advil and go back to sleep. Marie made a delicious eggs and bacon breakfast and we relax and then we’re going to the café to see if I can find my hat that I left there. Well, we got there and it was cool outside and we did find the hat they had picked it up and it was behind the counter so that was cool. We’re getting ready to go to yoga trying to go there early so it don’t get crowded. My 2️⃣ starting to hurt again when I put in my denture which sucks so I don’t know how long it’s gonna take me to get an appointment to see the dentist.🦷 It’s pretty cool today but it’s supposed to really warm up towards mid week Wednesday or Thursday. It’s gonna be close to 90° which I mentally can’t conceive of right now considering how cool it’s been for the longest time. Mary agrees with me on that so it must be true. Anyhow, we’re going to Kaitlyn’s 4 PM Sunday class and right now. I’m planning to have a busy Monday calling the dentist helping Pat with his taxes and going to reiki all in the afternoon and stuff. We found out that Debbie was teaching the class and instead of Kaitlyn and when I got there, I realized that Kaitlyn did say that she was not gonna be around for this Sunday. It was a good class and nice room up in the 4th floor because they’re having Pilates training downstairs. We then walked back and safe streets was still on and Mary met David who was son of Vanessa one of her friends. They live up in Easton, but they were down here in Philly shopping for a suit for him, etc. Then we got back bought some pasta at the local store in House Square. We like this delicious Rich pasta it’s almost 7:00 PM. 

Thursday, January 22: First Day of Work Picture Frames & Yoga

This morning I woke up from a decent night of sleep. The drugs kicked in nicely and my toothache didn’t keep me up. I talked to Mary a bit and showed up at Mike’s a little after 9 AM. On the way to work I called Colman & Turner dentistry and they agreed to see me first thing in the morning at 8 AM to work on this tooth. I am going to bring up implants just to find out what we’re talking about here so I got a quote of 4000 for   2️⃣ teeth so it 

would be 6️⃣ grand to do three teeth. So it’s gonna be a very interesting six months cause probably in the next six months I’ll be applying for Medicare and
that’s my latest thought. Anyhow, Mike and I made a couple calls. Nichole showed up and we’re going to be submitting our photographs on 29 January for the Sketch Club passionate art for both of us got accepted. I wrote a review on tank girls for loopy and now I gotta write a review for byron and Hot Yoga , Philadelphia. I just have to get 
my brain around it. Anyhow, feel OK right now and I’m really relieved the tooth is not killing me. Anyhow, I just got notified of this article written in the Wall Street Journal how we’re just as a country self-destructing ourselves. The article states it, China and Russia don’t have to do anything to hurt our standing as a countryin the world Trump‘s doing afine job at that. anyhow, I met Mary around noon to settle out the photographs for the exhibit we had them custom framed and I paid about $100 and changed for a custom frame for my photo. They’ll be done by next Wednesday, which is good because that the deadlines on 

the following Thursday we then after that we then went to lunch at the café and I had myself a wrap. I thought I was going to leave quicker but ended up talking about dental implants. I remember when Auditor General Bud Dwyer shot himself on live TV 39 years ago on January 22, 1987. I read the comments on the 

Facebook post and then it snowed 8.8 inches that day. It was a snow day for a lot of people. I know the state didn’t close because they never close except during that 34 inch blizzard we had in 1996 a year earlier. In general winners were brutal for a long period of time
now we have in Philly 2️⃣ rough weeks at the end of every January that are just friggin galactically awful with snow and frigid temperatures but rest of the time it’s usually mid 30s, which is pretty easy. Well, the talk this week is about the impending snowstorm coming on Sunday. It’ll start first thing in the morning on Sunday weather forecast range from now 8 to 18 inches it’s all over the map. I love how the Internet just making fun of the procrastinators and also the news for trying to hype it up. I’ll never forget John Bolaris reporting on the storm in the century back and then mid 90s and gotten Hooten 



and he was laughed out of the city and had to go to New York for a few years, cause he was mocked and it was a beautiful thing. 

Friday February 17: 2nd Day of Post 🦷 Surgery

I got up ate and took a shower. It was really raining ☔️ hard this AM. I rode the train and proceeded to lose my Eagles hat on the train. It was a bummer

 since the rain was coming down pretty hard. Anyhow, I got to Mike’s and we worked on getting the place ready for this guy to come in and interview Mike for a study

are doing on falls for seniors. The guy interviewed Mike and had him take a cognitive test and all that kind of stuff. He was at the place for two hours. I listen to YouTube then fell asleep for a little bit because I was pretty tired 

from the surgery. It was a very odd ball type of day I must say. I had to skip yoga because this tooth is not to be messed with. The stitches on this thing are not removable are not dissolvable

 so I have to have it removed in two weeks so I’m going to lose my 30 day challenge but what are you gonna do. I then stayed at Mike’s for an extended period of time and hung out and then
 I was starting to get tired so I just came home. 
Had an early dinner at least for me. I then took a nap and then woke up suddenly around 9 o’clock thinking where am I for a second. I
then talk to the phone around 930 and then mellowed out for a little bit and went to bed. He’s talking about Ticketmaster!!
