Tuesday, November 3: Election Day
Good day everybody in Internet land. We have ourselves another beautiful fall day. That really helps out when it comes to doing all the running around. I’ve been doing over the last two days. I got up for early meeting and that was good. I ran into two people. I used to see all the time at the meetings and it was cool. We shared our Divorce stories that was interesting. One the one to Tim has a video about his thoughts on AI and it’s pretty good. I listened to about half of it before I got to Mike’s. Anyway, I game went back to the Dorchester grabbed my bag and headed out. I ended up taking the 12 bus down 6 17th St. save me a little bit of time. And then got the Mike’s and well he had to do things that took a lot of time. Such as getting dressed. I cleaned the bathroom and found yucky stuff picked up off the floor and working to keep the floor clean there. Anyway, we finally did get ready and we caught the LYFT to the Kimmel Center, and you know he had to stop a bunch a couple times because the voting area our way in the back, so Mike thought he’d get some neat but we got back and I had to charge my phone and then I called two Bus and then the L. I’m going to Millbourne to pick up my mail and then take Uber to my voting spot. It’s the only wagon really get it anytime in. I might even grab a fight in Melbourne like a Samosa or something cause I’m pretty damn hungry and it’s 12:55 PM. Oh yes, my voting polling place changed to the nice church in Drexel Hill to Clifton Heights for some stupid ass reason. Well, Pat agreed to treat me to a couple samosas and a drink and drive me to the polling station. It was a meandering way to get there but we got there. It appears the archdiocese had some kind of issue with that location for voting. There must’ve been five or six voting precinct in this one school. Didn’t take long to vote. There was no line and it was pretty efficient. There was only four things to vote for plus a ballot question here in Delaware County. It’s at 2:47 PM. I’m sitting here in Millbourne station wondering when the train’s gonna show up I think they’re running behind again.
