Thursday, November 25: Thanksgiving Day

Well today I slept in till almost 11 AM this morning. I talked on the phone

with a friend and she was heading up to Easton to see her boyfriend. While she’s doing that I startedeating my breakfast. I then talked to Lynne a couple times and basically

relaxed and did nothing for a while. The time caught up to me and I’m gonna be about 20 minutes late for picking up my mom at the Riddle Village. It

is sunny but it’s already looking like sunset at 3:24 PM. I’m supposed to arrive there at 3:51 according to the Google maps. Well I made it to 345 I called and I’m heading to

Dave’s. I got the days after I picked up mom and we headed down to Dave’s house. There’s a nice shirt cut the guided me too. It only took 7 minutes to get to Dave’s house. Once you get to Dave’s dinner with served up pretty quickly

we had a delicious turkey and squash dish and it was quite tasty. Debbie starts her new judgeship job in January. She has to go to judge class for eight days in state college she’s gonna take a little bit of time off. It is

now 6:17 PM and I arrived here at our Ardmore House  where is my super coffee my toy and my mind intact. I did

drive my mom back from the Riddle village but I didn’t get gas because

I didn’t have enough time. I’ll go get it tomorrow or something

I’ll probably will stay overnight looks like they’re having a Christmas gathering. It’s now around 7:00 PM

and we’re gonna go out for a walk. That’ll be good I can burn off some of the food I eat. Then

will have our delicious southern fried Thanksgiving dinner. I just heard from Alice

and with her happy Thanksgiving as well. It’s nice that

I get off on Friday. It’s a good tradition with the Commonwealth. We took a 30 minute walk each way which was nice. It’s not that cold outside. There’s no wind. Now we’re going to

have a southern themed dinner. Read and ready to chow down that’s for sure. The food is from a place called

Sophies. Southern cooking. It’s got quite an extensive menu I’m taking a look at it right now. Lynne got ripped and I got chicken wings. It is now 8:30 PM and when getting ready to eat

and watch a movie. The movie is called the zookeeper‘s wife. It is based on a true story in Warsaw Poland 1939. I had a lot of Thanksgiving food then I had a lot of leftovers to take home with
me. That should last me the whole week, maybe into maybe next year. Then I won’t be hungry all the livelong day!! It’s now 1039 we took a break

from the movie and put away the food. I’ve got myself a ginger beer which was tasty. COVID Surge is coming this holiday season like last year😳😳

Monday, November 15: Back to Work

Well I woke up in Ardmore had some coffee and took oatmeal along tea for breakfast

when I got home. I got back and signed in at 9 AM and found a very unpleasant surprise. Commonwealth found that I had signed

in after work hours about six or seven times  between August and October

of this year. I have a investigative conference tomorrow at 11 AM. I

contacted someone I know it in the union and she agreed to represent me. I

talk to my supervisor about what I do to catch up. She told me to do two things and she would do the reverse referrals for me. It was time to start plunging into the 530 emails that I had sitting

around in my email box. Damn we take two weeks off and it’s like holy crap. She
seem to be nice about it so I’ll just push your head as I normally would.  I ended up in the evening eating and then talking on the phone for a while. I was pretty

tired but I think I made it through the day OK. Couple things

in the real world the Kyle Rittenhouse trial is going on and many

people have commented that the judge is definitely slanted towards getting Kyle  Ritttenhouse scout

free from killing those two people. The trial is taking place in Wisconsin.

Also Europe is getting a surge of Covid cases and there’s a prediction will get another

surge just in time for Thanksgiving Christmas and New Year’s just like last year. That’s why it’s important to be vaccinated. I don’t have that many days left of work but I just got to keep my nose clean for six weeks. Anyhow it’s good to be back it’s just nice to be settled in my own home and not have chaos with the cat etc.

Monday July 20: Work N. Heat w/Conspiracy Nuts

Oh vey well I woke up this morning and when I went downstairs to get something with Pat this morning I stepped in some throw up at
he dog. Later on it made it slower for me to go outside because I didn’t know where I put my sneakers but I left them in the kitchen it
so they could dry out. Well I went to the online meeting and then got immediately started to work because I had to turn in one report about
car fare and then try to turn in this other report. When I turned it the first one in and she didn’t need all the information just needed
the people that are

ctually referred not the people that were discussed. The computer acting up as usual and

it was a bit frustrating today but I didn’t pay it no mind

nd I didn’t get yelled at so that was good good.Eventually finished work

when the system just wouldn’t work anymore. I took a

ap and then got picked up and with the Ardmore. We took a walk and then I picked up some valuable cargo of candy for Larry for me to deliver tomorrow along with his painting.  The candy was waiting

and it was a good walk overall I hadn’t taken a long walk in a while. I haven’t done much of anything in a while except well eat in meeting up my room a little

bit to make it not a pile of stuff. That was a great accomplishment of the weekend. We’re still wearing mask and still the rate of infection keeps going up all over the country. Trump
finally wore a mask and said it was patriotic you wear one. The

epublicans/conspiracy theory party is going strong with a conspiracy theory speak  The candy was waiting and it was a good
alk overall I hadn’t taken a long walk in a while. I haven’t done much of anything in a while except well eat and neat and up my room a little bit to make it not a pile of stuff. That was a great

theories. Well one of them is when you get the vaccine for Covid they’re going to stick a chip in you, that COVID-19 is no worse than the flu. The government using it to control us, etc. etc. etc. it’s really exhausting.

ohn Oliver even did a whole segment on conspiracy theories. I’ve got a worn out I’m just gonna take a break from trying to question their their thoughts. It’s not gonna change anybody’s mind that’s for sure
