Tuesday, May 19: Mike’s Dr Appt. Hot!🥵 &Yoga

Hello everyone today I got up pretty quickly at 7:30 AM got to Mike’s by 8:29 AM. Cause I skipped breakfast thinking I could get my self a blood test done at the same time as Mike’s appointment that wasn’t gonna be the case because his appointment took longer and it was over a block away Mike was was having a little procedure it took longer than expected. Fortunately were able to catch the ride even though Mike didn’t have his phone. We kept asking cars periodically and we got the right one. We got the Mike’s place. I went and had lunch. Cleaned up around the house. Mike did some work on his bathtub. I cleaned up dishes and other things. Then decided in the last minute that I would get his phone checked out at the Phone repair place on 1218 Walnut. It’s the same place that Nick works from but it’s a different floor. Went up there and that was very nice. He said he might delete Cleaning apps and get it USB-C charger which you charged faster. I got a free iPhone case out of the deal only problem. it has some funky lump on the back, but it was free so it was cool so it’s really hot out here. It’s 3:49 PM. I’m at the yoga studio trying to conduct this blog posting I just made up. Hope to get the blood test done tomorrow. Tina is teaching a 90 minute class today at some point, you’re gonna take pictures of us doing yoga don’t know when that’s gonna happen but maybe soon. Anyhow, I did go to Tina‘s class and was on time. It was a good classes small class, but Tina seemed to enjoy teaching us. She did give compliments to both Mary and I which was nice afterwards. We went back to the Dorchester and dropped off our closing and went to a meeting. That went till about 8:15 PM as well attended. I got to talk to Mike about meeting Mike and he said next week would be better so I got that out of the way. We then ordered Indian and then watch them law and order. Got ready for bed and then I  myself mentally for blood work to be done so I’m not gonna be able to eat tomorrow morning. I’m trying to fast. I haven’t been that great fasting before the blood test but I’m gonna do it this time. Tomorrow’s last day of a really, really hot weather. Then the temperature is gonna plumb it and it’s gonna be cloudy for six days continuously. That’s our schizophrenic weather for you. What can I say. I’m wondering when pictures will be taken of us doing yoga and eventually, they’ll do a profile both of us on their website so looking forward to seeing what that’s like.

Friday, June 2: Nurse Visits Mike. It’s Hot

Today is Friday is it really yes it is. I got up today late I was really goddamn

 exhausted and I think I’m catching some kind of little cold because my throat feels a little funny and you know that kind of thing. I haven’t decided whether I’m gonna do yoga 



or not but I brought my clothes in case I feel more peppy. Today is warm. It’s the warmest day of the year thus far, it’s supposed to hit 90° but there’s no heat wave because it’ll be back to 

normal tomorrow anyhow I got there about half hour late and that means if I’m gonna go to Yoga just go to the 530. 5:30 PM class. Anyhow, the nurse came over and she was extremely

competent and helpful. She’s going to hook up Mike’s place to the Philadelphia corporation for aging and get somebody over there to clean the apartment. I’m 
hoping they can make it a regular thing 

she’s also  going to make sure that they know that I am out and if Mike needs somebody and they start giving her in the bullshit. They can’t find anybody she’ll advocate for him so that was a really big step today. After that I put in a load of laundry and then had some lunch and Limbo came over and said he would repaint the room all Mike is in surgery. and then had some lunch and Limbo came over and said he would repaint the room all Mike was in surgery 

Michael’s getting that settled out. It’s less than two weeks away. He also agreed to clock some holes that

 were possibly causing the mice infestation, developed really bad gas, that was not fun. I hung out at Mike’s for much longer than normal. I decided not to go to the 5 o’clock class after all because I think my body’s

 telling me I need a break. Just when I was about to go home I realized I forgot

 to pick up his 
laundry so  I got to go walk all the way back to Mike’s and pick up his laundry. I totally forgot about it. 

Friday, November 12: Last Full Day in California

Today I woke up a little bit earlier than I have been just so I wouldn’t 

sleep with the way the whole day. I wasn’t in the mood to take multiple buses and I’m glad I didn’t. It was. over 90° outside BUT it 
was only  17% humidity! That is the lowest humidity I think I’ve ever experienced. Usually around here it’s somewhere in the mid to high 20% humidity area which is 

still damn good. So I decided I’d walk to Starbucks. Instead of just stopping here I went for another mile and then turned around and went to Starbucks and see 

target. I bought some juice a quart of juice that is and in two bananas. I then went to Starbucks and got a half-and-half half so we 
half milk and sat for a while. I listen to YouTube and I talked on the phone. That is mostly what I did there. I think him home in mellowed out a little bit. Alice had some rounds and then after she came home we went to her daughters place. We had some homemade pizza and some salad. Becky had her boyfriend with her and Mimi was there. It was very nice and relaxing. I didn’t get home till close to 10 PM. I then talked on the phone for a while. I didn’t look at some weird TickTock‘s about weird ways people died.
