Greetings everybody this is Monday, March 2. It is a frigid day here it was 25 when I got up and I wasn’t quite ready for that, but it is 25°. Anyway,
got up and grab two bananas at the store then came to Mike’s and he decided to postpone his dermatology appointment again. That 
was fine with me. He rescheduled it for March 30. I also scheduled Reiki appointment and found out that I can’t really work next Monday because I got disappointment. I got to Mike’s appointment he has to go to. I can’t change 
my appointment. He can’t change his so that’s up in the air right now. Mary successfully got her coffee grinder to work good for her. And I went to CVS to do some grocery shopping for Mike. 
My Amazon orders that was supposed to go to Millbourne was sent here so vent you have to bring that stuff to Millbourne. I don’t know when but that’s what I have to do. I’m starting my second 
day of the 30 day challenge today. It is very cold. It was very mild this weekend, but you know how much can
be. It says 3:45 PM. I am heading towards 75 minute class with Yoga. Byron teaching. It is a very cold day today. The high temperature is 36 which is above freezing but when you get mild weather, the cold weather feels even colder. Hope byron‘s class was very good. I enjoyed it very much.
I felt pretty strong today. You know the balance is what it is still the same. After I went to Mary’s for a minute and then had to go to MONDAY Night
Beginners and then we had samosas and split pea soup, which was very good. I then watched Law and order and then I got a toothache, which kept me up late. That kind of sucked.
