Good day everybody last night I didn’t sleep all that great but I got to sleep until 10 o’clock before I decided
to get up my call just I was getting up and said he’s not being released from the hospital today because 
he had a fibrillation moment where his heart rate to 130 something beats per minute so they kept them in there putting potassium in them as well as a diuretic. 
They’re loading them up with potassium chloride to make up the fact he lost a lot of potassium during his whole 
treatment regimen. Ran into a guy at the hospital named Christopher Robin who used to be a yoga instructor at Hot Yoga Philly then he opened up his 
new yoga studio. It was hard to stay in business so he became a Penn nurse and he’s a nice guy a little high strung 
and he knows byron and Chris Fluck, which I found very interesting. I could hear the song “it’s a small world after all“ in my head. I then fortunately caught
the 40 bus back to Mike’s to get me in time to talk to Larry who had called and he says he’s going on a cruise 
that starts in Barcelona Spain and goes to Africa. It’s a nine day cruise. Larry does love his cruise is that that’s for sure. 3:35 PM I’ll be going 
back to Yoga for the 4 o’clock byron class and hopefully some samosas. I was not able to eat them last Monday cause I was still recovering from my tooth
extraction. I signed up for byron‘s class and when I arrived at the studio, they had two samosas left so I got the last two that they had so that was a good way to start. The class. Class was good. It was warm, but not nearly as warm as yesterday, 
which was smoking hot. And then just took my sweet time getting dressed and hanging out with Mary that was cool.
