Wednesday, October 29: Cool, Tired, & Yoga

This morning I got up after a lot better sleep, and more of it. Thing is I was still really drowsy. I got the Mike’s around 9 AM and shortly thereafter his 

physical therapist Tony came to help him put with some neck exercises. We did not even attempt to get him to walk up and down since his neck 

is really sore. He was kind of drowsy from the oxy cause he’s doing his exercises. His eyes would just close. Well, I’m not that tired but I’m pretty tired and feeling a little un motivated. Anyhow, after that, 

Mike had his therapy at 11 so I went to the good karma café and sat there for almost 2 hours. Just drinking coffee and spacing out and looking at the Internet and TikTok videos and threads with all it. Trump 

bullshit. It’s now 1:59 PM ready to go to my 2 o’clock appointment. That appointment went well. We talked about my immediate future and getting older and all that stuff. I was just in the mood to talk 

about it because I’m turning 64 next week a week from today that is. We also talked about how good working with Mike is good for me. Whether I should consider other options.I then talked to 

my friend Natalie, whose husband is in the hospital with diverticulitis and she told me he has to be home for a month getting fed intravenously while he 

recovers. That sounds really awful. It’s our 325. I’m eating a very late lunch. Anyhow, I just read that Pierre Robert the old WMMR DJ died today he was 70 years old. He was found in his home dead. So it going to 

be a lot of write ups about him and how wonderful he was. I’m guessing it’s a heart attack, but who knows they have they all have

handlers so we may never know. I shared this with the Crowe list and John sent me this article that you fall off a cliff at Age 75. another Mike news Mike’s phones stopped working cause it battery died and then

 he tried to charge it up and it looks like it’s completely failed and he dropped his mouse and something broke off and now he doesn’t have the mouse for his computer. 

Tomorrow’s gonna be a busy day. Anyhow, I got the Mary took a quick nap and then we went to Dan’s 5:30 PM Hot Yoga class and then went straight to Yin. Dance class was quietly intense. There was a couple


new people there and I was in my usual spot in the back row near the door. I barely had time to get changed for yin, but I made it to Yin and some of the poses were difficult. 



Mary and I decided to order Indian and. We then watched Law and order couple Colbert shows and watched the Dodgers lose the Blue Jays six – one to take a 3–2 lead in the World Series. The Blue Jays pitcher who’s from Philadelphia suburbs struck out 12 dodger batters! Good stuff well day is over and tomorrow it’s supposed to rain all day.
