Tuesday, October 28: Tired! Rehab, Reiki,

Well this morning I got up after staying up till 1:30 AM trying to watch that 18 inning World Series game. It ended up the game did not end till 3:40 AM Eastern time and you believe that shit? It 

turned out the Dodgers won anyway on a Freddie Freeman home run so there’s that. I got up rolled on over to Mike’s and Nichole came at 9:30 AM for her nursing visit she has some very pointy questions

to Mike and Mike answered him. I then had to catch an Uber off to McGee rehab for my 10 o’clock appointment. I got there just in time. General I’ve shown up 10 minutes early but this time I just barely 

made it on time. I think the rehab went well today we use electronic stimulator plus some arm stretching and pulling exercises. I wasn’t as tired or my muscles weren’t as tired. I then luckily caught the 

64 bus literally as it was showing up. I got back to Mike’s had lunch mellow it out for a moment and then

next thing out Limbo showed up and I had to then leave for my appointment that starts at 1 PM. I barely got myself there on time. Well, a session was very relaxing. I talked about my boundaries

and the situation with Mike in what the next year will look like. And then I went to then we’d actually did the session and I relaxed very much. It was very soothing. I didn’t finish till 2:30 PM so instead 

of going to Mary’s right away to sleep, I thought I’d go right back to Mike’s and skip yoga today and do my recital practice and Knapp at 

Mary’s. It’s now 4:13 PM in the process, skipping yoga and about to get the Mary’s place. Once I got there, I took about a 40 minute nap before I was going to 

leave and do last minute practice of the vocal tryout song. Having the voice teacher was very helpful. Anyhow, I got to William Way center and there was about nine or 10 other people there. I don’t know 

how many of them are bases maybe one other base I think. Anyhow, we all waited and I finally just went in there and I did OK, but there’s one part that he had to correct me on gross singing parts of the

sopranos par forward whatever reason. But I think I did better than he thought I might do compared to the last time I auditioned. Period then choir 

practice to start and continued throughout till 9:40 PM. The room started getting cold. We’re in that period of time where that room gets cold. We just 

found out that we’re gonna be rehearsing in a different place starting November 11 will be singing at Resurrection Church, which I believe the 17th and Sansom, which is actually closer to Mary so that’s

fine with me. I’m going to miss William where it’s a nice building I kind of I do like it. It’s now 10:04 PM. I’m just getting up to Mary’s place 

to eat dinner and chill out and maybe watch some law and order and get the bed in a decent hour. Wright this minute Toronto is leading LA Dodgers 

in the seventh 2–1. Toronto has got to win this game to have a chance.
