ordered and then called LIFT to pick me up. I almost missed the ride because I was busy putting stuff away for Mike but I caught the ride. Got there was 15 minutes to spare. Another woman saw me
because the person I saw wasn’t there and we did some exercises. My shoulders were really stiff today. The electronic simulations felt really good actually and she gave me a quick massage on my 
shoulder and that was good. I then took the 64 bus back and walked from broad and washing into Mike’s. I chilled out for a bit and then I walked to 801 Locust with his birth certificate and the
lady said that they had rejected his application because of it. More bullshit also Mike’s phone is not working. He can’t see the screen phone rings and you can’t see who’s calling or answer the phone. So 
there’s that. Well, the phone’s working again. Anyhow, filled out the form for Mike and walking back to eighth and Locust to drop off said stuff I had lunch and I go to Pilates today. Well, I did drop 
off the thing for Mike but a time I came back I was tired as crap. I checked out from work cause I got back from the place at 3:30PM. Anyhow, I got the marriage and both of us had a glorious nap. We 
slept for about 45 minutes. We were both totally zonked out. It felt really good. Then got ourselves over to the 545 Pilates class in time. Wasn’t sure how it was gonna do, but fortunately, the class wasn’t 
terribly intense. Sydney was very nice and was very thankful that Mary and I showed up to her class. She said it made her day. Well, class ended and I made it through the class, which is good. We 
then attended Joalle‘s memorial service. There was a makeshift altered to the top of the at the front of the room and his widow asked us to put a candle around his picture she was very moving. This 
was a good class. It was a Zoom video of him teaching in 2020. Joe was a quirky T-shirt, but he was very good. It wasn’t packed in there. I thought I’d see a couple other old teachers there but alas,
that was not to be. Anyhow, Mary found out Linda’s gonna be teaching a Yin meditation class Sunday, October 26. Also, there was a former teacher that taught their 15 years ago who attended who lives 
in North Carolina. Maryann and I then decided we just order out to eat since it’s so late. We got back to Mary’s to watch some Stephen Colbert, 
and how late is the Dodgers being in the Brewers against three to one who are ahead 3-0in the series. Looks like the Dodgers are gonna be in the World Series again!
