Monday, February 2: Millbourne to Philly. Yoga

Greetings ladies and gents of the Internet circa 2026. I got up around 7:40 AM but of course it took me a while to get going so I ate my breakfastput my tax forms aside and headed off to Mike’s place on Lombard Street. SEPTA market Frankfurt line was running 10 minutes late because of “employee unavailability.“ I love
that one where they don’t have enough employees and for me get sick to train they skip a train. Anyway, I guess they don’t do on call there. Anyhow, it was pretty damn cold maybe not as cold but it’s still 18° outside, which is cold enough for me. I went to Mike’s. He was distracted as usual, couldn’t get his Social Security thing up in the next thing you know it summary from the agency showed up to just verify that he’s still homeafter the hospital and then he did this interview thing for some money on the Internet. Anyhow, I went to CVS to get my scripts and also pick up some BS for Mike. It’s good to have you legs. Anyhow, we tried to log into real light D for Social Security and it didn’t work on this phone so I’m gonna try that again tomorrowMike is three people visiting tomorrow. They don’t us the time but they’re coming. A Nurse, Social, and physical therapist, three anonymous people we don’t know, but they will not tell us the time cause that’s not part of their policy. well, Mary and I went to byron‘s 4 o’clock class wasn’t that full at all. And it wasn’t terribly hot. Either my right wrist is acting up. I think it’s from using it to hold up my arms in the air. So I have to stop doing that. There’s a good class. We saw Linda there. Evan was manning the Front Desk. I saw Mary Sue going to the 530 class I forgot to ask her if she got any contact from the choir so I’m gonna have to do that. I’m heading to the 6:45 PM MONDAY Night Beginners I’m bringing my water with me. We have our samosas we’re back to normal so that that’s a good thing. Now how I went to the MONDAY Night Beginners meeting the topic was what was your first “addiction” before alcohol and drugs.? That was interesting. That was for sure. I’m now heading back to the Dorchester. We’re going to have samosas and

that’ll be good. I’m a little bit tired, but I feel OK. I feel a little gassy and I’m just look forward to relaxing for the rest of the day. I took some odd pictures tonight. Also, there’s a chance to display my photograph
or photographs in this recovery arts event that’s supposed to happen in May but the stuff is due by February 28. I’m gonna check that out.

Friday, May 30: Sleep! Family, Mike Home Choir

Behold! I slept through the night for the first time in two weeks! I actually slept throughout the night. Yes I had still had to use the La-Z-Boy but it was sleeping nonetheless. I got up around 8:45 AM woke up. Mary had breakfast, which was cereal. I had some errands to run first, I had to go to the pharmacy pick

up my meds and get a wedding card at the CVS at 8/19 and Chestnut. The next thing I had to do was go to Td bank and get some crispy hundreds 💵 for the wedding card. After that I dropped

off all that at Mary’s and thankfully did not put my coat on nor

brought my umbrella because turn it out that this it turned out to be a sunny day after

the real clouds and a little bit of mist we had. I then decided

I had to go to Mike’s and do a little cleaning before he shows up. I put a load of

laundry in, took off the cover off his table and did a little bit of wiping

put his mom‘s meals from the refrigerator to the freezer and did some wiping and little bit of organizing. I think

all of my family text Group that my brother is in the hallway

of the Cambria hotel stop by and see some clothes and put my phone on blast for when the hospital calls. We hung out at the hotel for a while and then they decided

to go to the big Wawa at fifth and market Street at the Public ledger building. So I hung out with my family. I walked

down there and then got a call from the hospital that Michael Mike was being released so I walked down Broad Street. Well, I made it in time to change

the laundry to the dryer and then Mike showed up via the taxi. It was a regular old taxi cab, believe it or not. Next thing we did was I got in touch with

the agency who’s gonna pay me from the time I signed in it took three times for them to get me on the payroll for today so I’ll be working till 430 so I’ll get 2️⃣ hours in

today. I called the Medicaid lady Kennedy and got her an appointment so he’s got 2️⃣ people visiting Monday one at noon and one at 2 o’clock. Next thing

we had to do is get his phones charged up so we called the assurance wireless place and the answer was definitely from a call center in Bombay.

Anyway,We got through them, but we couldn’t figure out how to put the SIM Card in. The SIM card was formally activated and
I’m walking down to Walnut Street to 1528 Walnut St. where I get my massage you going to 12th floor and hopefully this guy

can install it for me. It went from being really sunny out too like gray threatening clouds and I’m not really prepared for getting rained on but then again I have to

get changed for the choir concert. Anyhow I need to be at Mary’s by five to get really ready. Roy arrived at Mary’s at 5:15 PM time to
finish
off the second half of my day singing in a choir concert. Well, I had some leftovers that Mary made and iced tea, etc. I also charged up my phone and took a nice warm shower and shave. We then warmed up

from 6 PM to 7:25 PM. Concert will be starting in about five minutes.
