Saturday, November 13: Last Day in California

After staying up a little bit late last night listening to wolves

or foxes I mean go after animals outside my window, I woke up pretty tired but ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation that ends today. I had

some breakfast and my sister finished up her business.

We were going to do some water activity but instead we decided to go to Encinitas

and then go to this wildlife refuge place near Encinitas. We had a hard time

finding it so we decided to stop and have lunch and walk around. We had empanadas

and they were tasty. We next got some gelato‘s which were pretty good. It was

very filling. We did walk around a little bit more. We went to a book

shop and a place of smells incense and other New Age stuff it was

pretty cool. I got some gifts and it was nice. we went to a mini park in Encinitas and they had a tennis court in the middle of it and it looked like it was sort of

forgotten. It looks like there was a group starting it but  it was strange looking. We’ve been ran into a group of people that were hanging out there was really bizarre. It was very strange. We did find the

wildlife refuge later on and that was really neat. It’s very quiet and the weather was absolutely perfect. It was 78°. Well we enjoyed the wildlife refuge. Allison

drove me to the airport and I got the last look at the sunny weather. I got there in plenty of time. By then hung out in the airport and caught my plane to Seattle. I took a nap there did some texting as well. Anyhow only problem was that the flight was an hour late that was kind of a bummer.

I didn’t watch the special on the Duke lacrosse case wow that

was fucked up. Total misconduct by the prosecutor. Anyhow I missed my

flight in Detroit so I had to call the special number and walk all the

way around walk back and throw from the airport.  They have this big

empty hallway do you have to go down the escalator go through that

and go up the escalator to the other terminal a or B. So I got my boarding pass for for my trip to Philadelphia. I love how they call Minneapolis mini. What can I say. It was a really nice vacation and I got to go do a lot of stuff. It was a good day Alice took off this week did many activities. She was a wonderful host and I will be back.

Groundhog Day 2014

Today I got back from Baltimore and then went to the bar none. It was very packed. After the bar none, I ran into Drew and we talked about getting together next week for dinner. Couldn't hang out with Drew I promised I would meet Larry at for the Chinese new year celebration being held today. I was lucky ton find a legitimate parking spot about a block and a half of of 9th Street near Arch.

It was a fascinating experience that I had never been to before in all my years living in Philadelphia. They performed a blessing of each store
by throwing firecrackers and having a dancing Dragon. In addition, there were people playing
Chinese New Year!
percussion as well. I  took as many's pictures and videos as I could to highlight the experience.

Afterwords Larry and I went to Starbucks to get coffee and then went back to his house

where I helped him transfers files from his phone to his computer. I thought it would take maybe 20 minutes but alas it took 2 1/2 hours to get the files to come up on his computer.
He has a windows vista laptop which runs like a dinosaur. There are not too many people for running Windows Vista

$100 and shore up my schedule for the next four days walking Emily of Overbrook! I then took the car to 15th and pine to
The Chinese Dragon
the ZipCar lot. Inside parked there, I decided to be creative because I felt like it. I took pictures of the car lights hitting a
wall and recorded songs off the radio as I was flashing lights. The two songs were hearts "street on for you" and Black Sabbath "crazy train".
I sent one to a
Emily sees her domain
friend and she said she saw a face. And it reminded me of a Beatles song called "I've just seen a face". I  walked to 15th St. caught the EL to 2nd and Market to Larry's. Larry had a nice spread
of pizza and snacks. We ordered wings and enjoy each other's company but the game was a blowout. Seattle made a mockery of Denver
Chillin
45–8. I believe it was a third biggest blowout in Super Bowl history and the quarterback for Seattle was the third youngest Super Bowl winner in history.
Enough of that, I just arrived
Happy New Year!

in Overbrook at 11:15 PM. A nice weekend has begun its demise into a snowstorm that supposed to be hitting us tomorrow starting at 5 AM I get walk a dog for the next four days. The whole week's going to be crappy,  weather rain snow sleet the whole mess.
