Friday, January 2: Cold 🥶Mike’s & Yoga

Greetings to all who read this. Today is Friday, January 2, 2026. I got up at 7:33 AM. Took me a while to get ready. Got to Mike’s after 9 AM again. Met up with Nicole. She came in talked to Mike

about About a salt intake and some of things that are ailing him. The vital signs were taken. After she left, Tony came and he did some exercises and encouraged Mike to do more exercising. Mike then

decided he wanted a cheesesteak and paid for it with his funding which he doesn’t have a lot of but he’s a grown ass man so there’s that. I mean, I grabbing a quick lunch and then I’m gonna go do some

Shopping honey bunny fetching of my own. Get a drop off of housing application for For Mike and get thermal underwear for me at Old Navy.

It is very cold outside but I think I’m dressed warm enough for it at least it’s not windy outside which is a good thing. It’s now noon gotta charge my battery up. Well, I’m heading out to go to 22nd St. to deliver

Mike’s thing to the senior place and go to Old Navy. It’s actually 12:31 PM. Well, anyway, I went to Mike’s application place at 22 S. 22nd and then the office is closed. I should’ve called ahead of time.

OK, this is going They’re celebrating New Year’s Eve today as well even though it’s not New Year’s Day. Anyhow, I went to Old Navy and found some waffle flannel shirts they’re only 12 bucks and then I suddenly

had to hit the head and both bathrooms are closed in this place. I don’t believe it. I think they just don’t want people using their bathrooms so it’s 1:29 PM now waiting in line. They have two cashiers only because

it’s not Christmas now. Well, I then went to Men’s Wearhouse to find Levi’s but they had Joseph Abboud plant pants which felt pretty good but for 5999. I just didn’t

want to check take a chance on the stretch jeans and have them all screwed up because I washed them in the dryer. Then I went to Nordstrom rack, which

is teaming with people. They’re looking for after Christmas sales and they do have a sale on Levi’s and I found out my length is 32 along with my waist so I thought I was a 34 length anyway it’s 2:29 PM.

I have to fly out of here. Also I had to charge my battery because it was down to one percent when I was making all these videos of me shopping.

Well, I got back to Mike’s at around 2:55 PM and then proceeded to throw a couple things in the trash and get them some water, etc. Emptied out urine and headed on out to 4 o’clock yoga class. I brought my flannel I mean my thermals with me and we’ll see how that all works out. It is pretty frosty, but the skies did clear up. It’s around 3:42 PM heading to class. We arrived

to class on time and went to class. I really had struggled to put my arms up in the air and then doing the backend. Mia called me out and was asking me not to bend over as much since I wasn’t bringing

my arms back because I couldn’t bring my arms back. Mary said I had an injury and Mia said she’s not a doctor. Afterwards we straightened whole situation out I’m not supposed to bend back if

my arms don’t go back. After that, Mary and I walked to the  The rack, Nordstrom’s rack. And looked around for

blue jeans that might fit me. That was a bit of a challenge, but the first pair were like euro style. It’s below the waist, which is really somewhat uncomfortable. The second pair was much more my style

and I bought them she also found a cool sweater and I bought that as well. We came back and had dinner which was veggie burgers and split pea soup, which was really good. Then we watched
Law and order. We have to get up very early to catch a train to New York City tomorrow

Sunday July 26: HOT!! A Walk in Ridley Park

I woke up this morning and I started to watch some dumb YouTube videos. I had my coffee and cereal. I was asked to go to Ridley StatePark  in ridley township
Pennsylvania. I figured it was a good idea to get outside and get some exercise. The feeling of being cooped up is still strong even after this time.
stores are open now and you can get takeout at a lot of

laces but it’s still not the same. Anyhow Ridley Park was really really nice. Fortunately the sun wasn’t blazing at that time since it was before 12 noon. I
got some nice pictures saw some funky looking creatures. I almost lost

my mouse but found it on the way back fortunately. I had a little extra cash so I hit up the Walmart and got some wranglers that fit very well. Also went to the Old Navy which was on the way and that worked out. I

ot four pairs of pants so I can throw out the ones with all the stains on them. Anyhow, while I was on my Erin Waze I went to the Whole Foods and got some produce. Because I can’t really order produce online without

pending a shitload of money on delivery charges and what not. I’ve noticed that whole foods is very careful about the masking and  they have someone outside giving a hand sanitizer and cleaning off their shopping carts. I

ame back with the goods that I needed to get by. Now I have some fresh perishables.  That’s new to me and it’s pretty good. Anyhow, I watch some
YouTube videos read this book called Men Who Can’t  Love and watch the whole Eagles football

ames from 2003 2016. Not the whole games obviously just some highlights it was

nteresting. It was nice to get some things done. I know  that finding
usbands is harder now but there’s nothing I can do about that. I think most people found their husbands. Naturalize living up to its reputation for

eing a warm month. Tomorrow I have a root canal and my first Skype meeting at work. They’re gonna be held every Monday at 10 o’clock. I got to make
sure I don’t forget

about it. You have to ask I have to actually start the participation process. It’s not different than just a phone call. Surgically sink so I
 got three pairs of blue

eans six yogurts Tamara goes grapes and a few other doodads.  it’s amazing to kind of seeing UC at Walmart. It’s always crowded

but at least the line didn’t last forever. Lots a little kids running around and

eople want to have a little kids running around. Anyhow another week and has passed
