Friday, June 21: A Tired Day

Hi. I woke up feeling pretty lethargic and tired so I took my sweet time

 getting dressed. I ended up getting at Mike’s around 8:57 AM. Once I got the Mike’s, I settled in and did a little bit of sweeping around the house and needed to go to the bank to transfer 

money from my vaccine account to my regular bank account. Had time to do that. Once I did that I got back to Mike’s. I also got a couple soft drinks as 

well. It was noticeably hotter todayfor sure. I got back to Mike and had some lunch. It was a good lunch.  No guests came in today and I worked really slowly. Knight decided to go to the 5:30 PM

 happy hour with Kaitlyn first one over Mary‘s place and we hung out and relax before the class. Once you got the class, it was pretty 

crowded with lots of men men everywhere like 3/4 men at least. class was good. Kaitlyn was a good teacher. Afterwards I had to wait for the shower 

which was a real drag, but I had plenty of water to drink and cool off so once I did get dressed, I had already stopped sweating so that was good. After class, 

we went back to my place  to see if my shirt was delivered with Amazon delivery. 
The train was really packed and packed. One ☝️

 of the cars was closed off so door shut on me. But nothing happened we got there in the shirt was there we relaxed at my place and ran

 into Pat. That was good.  Then brought two days of yoga clothes so I’d have to clean yoga clothes while I wait for Pat to fix
 his dryer. We got back to Mary and some veggie burgers around

 10:30 PM. They were very good. Mary made

 all the fixings very quickly. We looked at , some profiles of the hot room and Ammie Morales within finally went to bed The heat wave will continue unabated tomorrow where it will be the hottest day so far. Fortunately, overall, the humidity has stayed under 60 to 70% which has made it tolerable out here. This is happened in July or August. Humidity probably would be much worse.

Wednesday, June 30: Back @ Hot Yoga & Bill Cosby Out of JAIL

Well today was gonna be not a notable day but we’re just came 

 own today around 1:15 PM that the  Pa Supreme Court vacated the sentence Bill Cosby.  He had served prison 
for two years. The reason supposedly was that he had signed an 

 greement they offered him immunity back in the day and that he couldn’t be convicted because of that agreement. Off on a technicality that makes people scream at the bloody justice system that the rich managed to get

 their way. Why the fuck would you give the guy immunity against himself?!? Anyway, as the world turns unfortunately got a reminder this morning but I have a dentist appointment today. So I  am going to the dentist and then going straight to Westchester. That’s how it rolls. At the dentest it was a  cleaning and full X-rats I first brought up the fact that the health insurance

. But actually I think I could pay cobra price for it but I’ll have to check that out at some juncture. It is really 
HOT outside it’s
the first day I’ve been outside sense Sunday night. I pretty much  cloistered   myself at 🏠 Well I went to the dentist and they did a full x-ray and they found one cavity in one of my front teeth

 that’s supposed to be pretty small. Hopefully they’ll get it and I won’t need a root canal in six months. I talk to them about my retirement but when might be best for me 

and I’m gonna look how much a noob plate cost a.k.a. my front upper teeth. I just had to go to Starbucks and they let you actually sit in and 

 ot wear a mask or fully vaccinated. I’m wearing my mask except when I’m not near people. Well I took the plunge I read joined

 Hot Yoga Philly Delphi again on her auto pay plan. It did go up 25 bucks a month due to the pandemic of course. They don’t require masks and I’m to

 give it a go. It’s going to  be really rough at first I am so out of practice I  haven’t done it in a year since I went to Clark Park with Lynne. Anyhow I decided I would

 just go straight out to Westchester not go home first. I did go to 

 tarbucks early and took care of personal hygiene. I also went to TD bank 

 o cash in my $150 I earned at the Penn study I was in for autism/Asperger’s.

 The bank was very easy-going about it. The one woman ass is it OK to the other guy 

 ecause my name wasn’t on the Penn card. Well I took the train and the train was not air condition 

 hich was really funky. I  arrived there about  5:50 PM for the 6:08 PM 104 bus. Well that bus never 



 howed up and I waited and waited and it finally one came around 620 5:30 PM so 

I got on that and I arrived at the bus stop around 615 and it is still 91° and it’s 6:17 PM right now. Well, I had my appointment 



 hich ended around 7:00 PM. It was a useful session I must say. It is now 711 I’m waiting for my ride to pick 

 e up. I don’t know yet who’s going to give me a ride to the shore or not at this  
point. I do know that I need to get some better sleep and go to bed after
s an hour. I’m going to be picked up and driven to Ardmore via Harvard College walk. They finally opened up that. It’s been close since the pandemic last  March. Well I was picked up at 7:15 PM and we’re going 

 o go to Haverford but they closed at eight and it was already 730. We ended up just walking around 
Ardmore in the cloud formations 

 ere pretty cool. You could tell her change in the weather was coming by looking at all the beautiful clouds. After we came back we watched a movie called “Incindes’. It  was a very very intense 

 ovie about this family presumably from Lebanon and they make a very unbelievable finding. It was really good movie was one of those

 movies at one all kinds of awards for foreign films. I liked it.
