Friday, October 21: Short Work Day, Rest & Walking

Good morning after a pretty good nights sleep, I got up got ready 

to go to work and found that Bob isn’t going to be able to visit. He’s going to wait till Thanksgiving to come and visit. He 

has to do stuff with his mom‘s house. Nadine still hasn’t had her operation yet and she has a bad gum infection I just heard. I’m heading into work. One of the 

women isn’t there, but we have a list of things to do in getting the office readyfor the painters come in over the weekend. Well I got to 

work and there wasn’t that much going on because the woman said that she would wait till after the work stone to get most of the things pinned back up. They’ll be a lot of work

 on Monday. I was able to go home early and I just decided I needed to crash and void it I crash for hours. I felt so tired that the only thing I was able to do was breathe 

and that was it anyhow it is a nice day out and I took the 105 bus to 

Ardmore to take a walk just to get out of the house after I slept. It’s now 627. We’re

 just getting out to walk now it’s still fairly mild but it’s going to cool 

off. The next week looks fairly mild. Thank God. That mid 40s stuff I’m 

just not up for. We walked and had some Indian frozen Indian dinner and I left around 10:00 PM and got home.

Sunday, July 3: Unbearable Lightness of Me

Well, another unmotivated day for yours truly Mark Daniel Krull  here. I got up around 10 o’clock or so ate some breakfast and

 neglected to call Riddle village and Kate already had lunch. So that idea is down the tubes. Meanwhile I kept reading about the 
bourgeois Paradise it is now Ventnor. All my main line compatriots from 





high school who are now well formed doll for commenting on it. Someone’s even selling a T-shirt about Ventnor Pat went off to work as usual Lisa was going 

to clean the apartment but she had to flake out because she couldn’t get her car and that kind of took out my motivation. 

Wes just arrived here so I have to get going. We went to the court diner we had four meals and mom had fruit cocktail. We talked 

about the old times in Long Beach Island and the Owen Road house etc. Both Wes and I loaded up on carbs like crazy. Days at the shore now knowing me I would 

probably try to visit today if I was motivated and I didn’t have other things going on.  Well after we left mom at the little village Wes and I drove 

towards a giant supermarket for him to pick up some Pom wonderful and I picked up some diet Ice-T & a Pepsi. He went to a second giant food market on 

the way and I decided we decided he would just drop me off in Ardmore since

 he lives pretty close and the trains and buses aren’t running all 

that great today. It is Sunday and it’s a holiday weekend so SEPTA isn’t at its best mode in the world. It’s pretty hot. He then dropped me off at coffee and whiskey 

which is right on Rittenhouse Place. Wes said it was an open yet when he lived 

there so they serve coffee during the day and whiskey at night. It’s a 

good concept so they can stay open for people like me who like  coffee  and 

in the evening for folks who like to drink their whiskey. It is now 4:26 PM I’m

 near the Shahada rugs and carpets and going to walk up to the yield place here.

 Anyhow I arrived I tap dancing I sang. I wash a text to Sheryl 

get some zoom in and grooming and then eventually OK back home. I didn’t feel real well but I E and distracting myself a video so wasn’t too bad. Nothing and easy for several days thank you

Wednesday, August 4: Working @ Home, Laundry & Ardmore

After having  a weird dream weren’t I replaced my phone and the phone was heart of the news and 

 as a hassle I got up. I got up and did my usual coffee making scene. I didn’t signed on and started responding 

 o emails. Today was a quiet day. Wednesdays tend to be the calmest

 day at work. I’m in between assignments. That’s generally how kinks to work out. The end of Thursday into 

 riday will be big rush rush. I just found out my glasses are ready and I’m going to pick them up on Friday

 because her glasses i’m done on Friday and I figure 2 trips is ridiculous when you can take one trip. Companies are starting with vaccine mandates meanwhile governor DeSantis of Florida is just being Mr. anti-whatever Biden does. He’s doing
that for his own political purposes because he’s an asshole. I did some laundry and pets dog  pooped and I almost stepped on it a couple times. Has been very quiet the last few days. Once again I think I’ve decided

 on my retirement situation I called the CPA and she  agreed that I shouldn’t

 touch the pension, I should wait till full retirement age to take Social Security unless I become ill or 

 omething like that. It was very efficient and simple. She was kind of in the middle of something so she’ll 

 ave time to make it complex. I like that. Anyhow I talked on the phone and

 then next thing you know it it was after five and it was time to get ready 

 o go to Ardmore. We then went for a walk. It was a nice walk. We didn’t 

 elax on the bench and talked. And I got a nice smoothie. And then had some 

 elicious ginger lime soda which I’m hoping to be able to replace the Pepsi 

 ith so I don’t die of bad soda germs. we 
 hen watched a movie about living in Rome with Woody Alan Carman Diaz and  Alec Baldwin.  It was very entertaining and cute that’s for sure. Of course it hit midnight and I barely left. It was fun though. The food was good and the new funky so it’ll be very good to
