Monday, June 23: Heat Wave 🥵 Mike’s Place

Did I get today? I got up at Mary‘s and had some breakfast of cereal and then in ventured out to the great outdoors. It was already 


feeling hot at 9:30 AM. I went to Mike’s, even though I’m not being paid because he’s in the hospital still at Pennsylvania Hospital. He thinks he’ll get out Tuesday or Wednesday. 


I decided today would be the day. I get a mattress cover and fix the dump Support’s under his boxspring and mattress. One of them had fallen out because 

Mike lands on his bed very hard. I got the mattress cover managed to get the mattress in this box bring up but I needed help. I knocked on Limbo‘s door and he was 

extremely helpful. He sealed up the top window that have been slightly open forever, and then he strongly suggested that I do a fog used fogger to kill all the roaches that are scrambling around the apartment. He got some

 stuff to cover up his desk and his lung equipment. I went to Fabio’s got the mattress cover, and he helped me put on the mattress cover, which was zippered on and he 

helpedwith getting the bed put back up. I stepped outside at 3:05 PM and it’s hot as fuck out here it’s 99° air smell taste like air pollution really does hasn’t been this hot since last year. I just stayed
in all day after going to Fabio so I’m going to Mary’s and we’re probably going to Yoga, but I’m gonna go with
the modifications. Well, I went 

to yoga and did my modifications. It still feels really strange to have to do them, but my body is telling me I have to do them because I don’t want

 to re-injure myself. It was pretty hot in the studio, but it could’ve been a lot worse if I’ve been to the studio where it was hotter, but I’m so busy concentrating on my modifications that 

I kind of block out the heat a little bit.After class, we went back to her place, and then 

we went to the hardware store and picked up the group of three foggers to go to Mike’s

 so we walked to Mike’s got a hold of Limbo and covered up as much

 as we could before spring the foggers. Limbo was successful in getting the window 

reinstalled. We turned on the  fogger and

Friday, May 31: Mike’s TikTok, and errand w/ Mary

Well this morning after going going to bed later and I wanted to 

I got up and ate breakfast packed my yoga shit and headed down to Mike’s. I got there around 9:50 AM or maybe a little 

later. The next thing I did was watch some videos from TikTok about Trump being guilty of 34 felony couch and the whole reaction of MAGA
and other people on this development.later, Mike and I went for a nice walk. Mike seemed to hurt his neck a little bit so we went in and after that I had 

my lunch and talked to Mary and decided I’d meet her at the framing shop at 21st and Walnut. Well, just about the time I was 

going to meet her Mike got delivery of his new phone today which was much faster than I anticipated, of course being the ghetto phone company they are a 

cheap phone, which is hard to take apart, didn’t have a Sim card so we had to find the old phone and remove the cover on that which was a pain in the ass and read off 18 digit number 

so they could program Mike’s phone. After we got that done I left to meet Mary at the frame shop. It’s about 130 and I’m gliding on the 21 with a bunch of people

 like me who don’t want to walk in the sunny weather or live in West philly. I met Mary at the stream store and I calm down a little bit, but I was definitely feeling a little

 punchy. The woman picked out some nice frames and she framed the incorporate greed sign I mean bandanna really nicely so I paid for the two on keeping and 

Mary paid for the two fees keeping. she’s keeping to my photos and I’m getting two of them back. Anyhow, Mary and I took a really nice walk in center city. It’s a 

beautiful day for a walk or sun and people are happy when it’s sunny. I then went to CVS to get raisin bread and iced tea 

for Mike and pick up another script even though I was just there I think yesterday and got a script but anyway heading back. It’s 2:35 PM.
