Ostara Yoga Community Class

j0233300

At Brenner’s Brew, on Saturdays, 10:30 am, $3 a class

Or what you can affordsliding fee scale.

Taught by Carolyne Krull, 8 years yoga teaching experience.

Carolyne has been practicing Iyengar yoga since the late 80s.

Trained as teacher in Iyengar method, but classes will be an eclectic mix of styles with an emphasis on flow.

All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Mat’s available if you don’t have one. Wear loose clothing, please.

The intention for this class: create a safe sanctuary for relaxing, distressing, and invigorating the body and mind.

We will also build whole body strength, with an emphasis on upper-body and abs. Poses or asanas will open hips, stretch hamstrings, lengthen the spine, soften the face, increase oxygen intake, and open the heart.

Guided meditation will be included in savasana or relaxation pose.

The practice will be based in an attitude of appreciation and peace.

Yoga joins together the body, mind, emotions and spirit through meditation in movement.

Thank you so much to Barbara for allowing us to use Brenner’s Brew. This is a wonderful space to do yoga.

Questions? Please call or email.

Pass along to anyone who might be interested in trying yoga.

Don’t let the fee keep you from taking the class. Pay what you can afford.
