Thursday December 22: Ukraine Rain, and Fairmount

I got a pretty good nights sleep I got up and did my breakfast thing and
headed to Mike’s. I got the train late because the train was late. The 730 train in shop till about 7:36 AM. So I was a couple minutes late to Mikes. Once I got here, the AMAZON people showed up and carried up

his groceries. We talked about Peter Frampton because the song in my head I’m flying as this came in my head and then George Plimpton came up he’s dead now he died in 2003. QHe was in high

Society New York, but he did pretend to be a football m player in that book called “paper lion.“ anyhow I got in before the rain started and as of 9:32 AM the rain

had not started. It’s supposed to continue raining the rest of today and inch

tomorrow when the temperature starts plummeting. Vladimir Zelinski made a great speech in Congress
and I got a little snippet of it which I found very moving. The rain is started and we’re in for a nice

weather event. The Electoral Count Act passed!! It was included with the Omnibus bill that passed 68-29. Thank goodness because it funds the government for the next year so the

House of Representatives when it’s under Republican has won’t hold us hostage in that way. The debt ceiling limits coming up and

I’m sure they’ll make it a crisis. It looks like snow days. Might be a thing of the past for kids. This Philadelphia school district
gonna do online classes because the weather is gonna be really scary tomorrow with it rain turning into ice. Wow! I used to love snow days. and hail. Fortunately, it’s a mild drizzle outside. I left Mikes around 330. Talk

my phone to two people and walk through the drizzle. I brought my super coffee along with me
for good times. After that I’m system possibly meet people for fellow shipping session. Love park where the Christmas museum is. It’s now 3:56 PM. I
got an appointment. I had a good appointment today and it was excellent. So I walked in the rain and then

went out to Fairmount be as a 33 bus. I was early so I went upstairs at the clubhouse and just chill out for a while. I might Gyro and it was very delicious.

Sunday, December 11: Visiting Mom & Watching Movies

I got up around 10:30 AM and I ate and had coffee etc. I then was being

casual and didn’t realize that I had my Google Maps app for arriving at Lynne‘s at 2 PM instead of 1 PM. I took a gander

at the clock and realized I only had 10 minutes to get all my yoga stuff back some soy milk get my Scripps and just be prepared to visit Kate at the Riddle village. I texted my brother and he stated he’s going to visit after the Eagles game today. It’s rainy and spastic outside and I had to take Uber and blow $17 but it was better than being hugely.

late. You know it’s Sunday so the buses run every hour  and I missed the bus and the train. This was the first time I had to do that so it was bound to happen that bus left. I swear 30

seconds early and that’s what I needed to make the bus. But they do. While I’m

going to Riddle village, Wes is in Great Falls with his brother

he sent documentation or a group text message. It’s fascinating how old we all look this is true. Well Riddle village was cool. We didn’t watch the Eagles game. Eagles got a 48-22 victory over the New York Giants. Even though the New York

Giants playing New Jersey, they’re stuck on the New York Giants. It was a blowout win.

I’ll watch the highlights later when I can. I’m watching Doc

Martin again and I had some Indian soup with mixed
vegetables and the like. I said lift denies old lift. They nice too… To the mountains went to come is with whence cometh… Help isn’t
it weird it’s a song I sing choir long time ago back in high school I
believe. Watching a movie called burn after reading. It’s a Coen brother film. It has some pretty good actors that’s for sure. I enjoyed that movie. It was good. Just try to watch some more Cohen brothers films.

Thursday, September 29: Home, Ardmore and Fairmount

Today I got up around 10 o’clock after a really good nights sleep. One of the dreams I had was about my phone being on charge and forgetting
to bring the charger and going camping in one of the rules it was that was set up by my family was that I couldn’t use the phone. But I really
wanted to and after that, I forgot. Anyhow, back to reality, I had my breakfast and remind me to call the dentist about my possible to think that it’s coming up. I think it’s going to be a root canal because that’s what it always is when I have a toothache. Anyhow, I started my laundry and was able to throw it in the dryer before I headed out to Ardmore. It’s important

to get it in the dryer. It can sit in the dryer for a while but not the washer. I just found out they’re going to dig up our road and put improve storm. Drainage pipes in. The

man told me that he done the end of next week. It’s now 152. I’m digging around Delaware County while the kids SQUEELS for freedom in the
bus. Bubba buses

are gonna get there by 2:05’ cause it’s two or five now and
I’m ready at the point where the Norristown high speed line

stops at Ardmore Junction. It’s a beautiful sunny day here and the buses avoiding walkers along the street that I always
walk on it close to cars except for the buses and police people and ambulances people love to walk here cause there’s no cars. Hurricane Ian is clearing Florida
and could turn into a hurricane again once it South Carolina. That’s according to our local new station in DC which I subscribe to because they report on the interaction of January 6. I decided to take the commuter train while I still can with my

senior card to 30th to catch the 49 bus to Fairmount so I can make the

meeting and the other meeting and maybe get a bite to eat as a “flex” to prevent hunger

and needing it for me. Well, most of my friends had “shit“ to do

and so I figured I’ll just go to Fairmount by myself and do my thing it’s just

and that’s what I’ll do. It’s cooling off, but I do have my sweatshirt, what decided to go

to Ryebread. They said they don’t have soy I just don’t remember them not having soy

but maybe that’s true. So progress continues on the anti-soy front. It must be old school

that I have soy anymore. The younger generation is definitely taken over on that account. Anyway, I’m working on my blog posting and just looking at the world outside until about six when

I have to contact towards 2044 Paramount. These blocks in this area have really long blocks. There’s a threat reported from Britain that the influenza a.k.a. the flu and COVID.

could combine to make this a very problematic winter for people getting

sick. It reminds me next month I have to get my Covid in my flu shot. I went to two meetings, and the second one lasted a long time because there was a business meeting and that lasted till after 10 PM that was a very eye-opening experience. I’ve been got home and talked on the phone and then ate a little bit of dinner. A long evening, but it was very interesting as well. I learned a couple things.
