Wednesday, March 4: Millbourne, Toothache, & Mike @ hospital.

Hi today start off in the usual way. I got up a little bit late and went to Mike’s. And did our thing. I then went to Millbourne to drop off a couple

of items that were supposed to be mailed there, but I had a mailed to Mike’s. One was trash bags and the other was pasta and sauce. Went to Melbourne for a little bit and then on the way back Mike was telling me Amazon was on the way with deliveries and that something had been delivered. I got back to Mike’s and there was a bunch of stuff delivered, unpacked all that stuff and ate lunch and then proceeded to go to my session on 17th and Spruce at 2 PM. It was a good session. I talked about my mom‘s death and then my toothache started acting up right during the session and he had salt and I gave a salt water bath and that that helped out a lot. I finished the session and then I checked my messages and got a message at Mike called the ambulance and was admitted to an emergency room because of dizziness. He felt extremely busy dizzy and he was a little afraid so he did call the emergency room. I think
alerted the agency and told Mary instead of staying late till four. I just signed out at 3:30 and and discovered. I had lost my hat and that’s a bummer but at least it’s not freezing cold. It’s just misty rain right now at 3:39 PM. The dentist will be calling at 4 PM from Cozumel Mexico. 🇲🇽 at the same time, I’m doing this. I was calling Dr. Turner’s office to get me an emergency dental appointment since my lower left hand comes/tooth has been really hurting more often in the last 2
to 3 days.
Anyhow, we talk to Thomas the Dentist from Cozumel Mexico he said that I should probably have a tooth extracted here in the US and then get the work done in 3 to 6 months in Cozumel. We had a very good discussion. He’s a very forthright man decisions what we mean after tomorrow’s 9:30 AM appointment with Dr. Turner hopefully I can get this tooth fixed. I think there’s an infection. It’s tooth then again I thought all my teeth were a root canal so I wouldn’t feel anything but obviously this is not the case. Well, I took an Advil around 4:45 PM in the Admiral took away the pain. It was a miracle it actually took away the pain I was able to go to 5:30 PM yoga

class with Dan. That class is pretty crowded. It is a good class. And then I was able to go to Ian. The top at the same one who taught last Sunday nights sound healing class. This Ian was one of the best classes I’ve taken in a long long time. It was very good. I could feel the pain when to come back, but the Advil kept going helped out after we got home. Mary made some pasta, but it was very tasty and the pain

didn’t kick in till about 1 AM and then I had taken over though hopefully little little still.

Friday, January 16: Yoga & Mexican Dentist 🇲🇽

Well, this morning we started at our day getting up at approximately 7:45 AM. We started a day with a nice light breakfast of eggs and a few

other things that were very very tasty. We then went up to the roof level and did our 90 minute morning yoga class. I informed loopy of the fact that

I had a toothache last night and she knew it a dentist right nearby named Thomas. He called Tommy Thomas, the sexy Dentist and it was pretty funny so he

got an appointment for 1:30 PM today so I decided to jump on that shit and do it so I don’t have to deal with toothache all day. I got the time wrong

and thought it was 1:00 PM so we ended up getting a taxi from the hotel while everyone else was gonna go out on a boat. We are all eventually meet back at 5 PM for the 5 PM yoga class. Anyway, Mary

and I went and did got some little bit of shopping done because we showed up to the Dentist a half hour early. He was nice about it though

then we came back and he looked at my tooth and decided that it just needs a crown eventually, but he didn’t have time to do it because I would have to be here more than 5️⃣ days for him to do it. But he did

give some suggestions about getting implants done. He said he could do the implants over two separate visits for a total of $5000. Anyhow, we then

left that a little bit more shopping and then came back. We came back to find out that the 5 PM yoga class was canceled. We found that

out after we’ve been upstairs and the roof was being used by another party. So we went OK… We then went to the sauna and we went to the The pool

and went in there and I felt pretty good and then we went to the hot tub and lounge on chairs and then we went to this one chair that faces by itself

out into the ocean. There is a way to get to the ocean, but we decided it was too hairy looking to do it and the hammocks are available for a

little bit frightening so we said well maybe not. We did go to the hot tub however that was fun. And we’re supposed to meet the rest of the folks for

dinner around 7 PM. Well, they got back pretty late because the boat didn’t leave till 3 o’clock. We then had dinner which was actually very delicious.

It was Pad Thai and it was really good. I ate like 2️⃣ big bowls full of it. It was very delicious. After dinner, we hung out for a while. Talked to Sylvia

and her husband and then we had a nice good conversation with Byron. He was talking about the art him and his father collected. His father was wants

to president temple for eight years so Byron comes from some pretty good pedigree that’s for sure. I think with the last ones up. We then worked on trying to get the electricity to work in this apartment it’s very strange. You have to stick your card key to get the electricity but when you take the card key out even the the receptacles to charge your phone stopped working. It’s very strange. Byron said there’s something behind the bed, but you know I don’t see anything myself. Anyhow, we then get ready to go to bed, brush my teeth, etc. I tried to get this blog straightened out. Byron also shared in the group photo collection that he’s collecting while we’re out here. Tomorrow is a.m. Yoga and then the big day with scuba diving that oughta be a trip.
