Wednesday, September 30: Flu, and Covid shots.

Hello there, it’s another day in the world of Center City, myself and other things. I got up around eight showed up Mike’s around 9 AM or a little after. She I got there we had to get ready to go for our flu and Covid shots. I had an appointment at 10 and his was at 10:15. We had to call an Uber which Mike paid for and that ended up being around going around circles twice. It was kind of weird. We got to the CVS and they saw this pretty quickly. Everyone’s very pleasant. Anyhow, we got that done and took an Uber back to Mike’s. Mike had to really pee and that was interesting to put it mildly anyway I then decide to have an early lunch sat around a little bit cause I was tired and then it was time to go to CVS pick a couple of scripts. I was gonna get Lauren detergent but I didn’t feel like going going all the way down to Fabio‘s and CVS Had their laundry detergent all locked up and I didn’t feel like dealing with paying extra money for small amounts of dish dishwashing detergent so I didn’t get it. I didn’t get back to Mike’s and it was time to go to my appointment. I went to my appointment it went pretty well. I suppose I think Mary and I are going to skip going to the 4 o’clock and doing a triple we’re just gonna do one  of yoga and then do yin. She’s taking a nap right now. It’s 3:12 PM. I’m sitting on a stoop riding this blog because I don’t feel like going in that stuffy apartment right now. I’m feeling a little stuffy little cranky again today. Anyhow, I sat on the stoop for a while, chilling out and Maryann and I basically decided by default sister not do a triple again. So we’re doing the 530 and the in class. I’m glad I can at least get a little bit of a nap. I signed out at 4:17 which is about the time I signed in at 9:17 AM. It’s getting awfully overcast, but they’re not forecasting any rain. Well, I got to Mary’s and was able to take a nice nap a short one but a nice one. We then went to 5:30 PM class with Dan. It was nice because there was plenty of air flowing through the window near where we were practicing, and that was very helpful. I was a bit hungry. Glad I had that banana. Afterwards went to Yin and it was pretty well filled. Miah taught to Class and had a Hare Krishna song running and brought up the Cornell seven and state if you’re uncomfortable with it sometimes you need discomfort, etc. That was a running theme during her talk during the in class. Very philosophical it’s a nice change. After that, I went to CVS got some stuff and I got a super coffee for tomorrow’s early morning unlocking the doors and set up that I do instead of leading the meeting. We then decide to call Royal Indian just to see if they’re closed cause I had a feeling that they’re gonna be closed, but they’re actually open. Rippon answered the phone and took our order so I’ll find out if what has changed including the price prices. It’s now 9:25 PM. 

Sunday, September 20: A Cloudy Day Off

After very intense sleep of being drowsy, etc. got up around 10 AM and decided we would go to the café for some eggs get that protein in me. The aftercare instruction said to keep the protein level up to help healing. Well, I did that. I’ve been extremely low energy and drowsy since this procedure I believe more low energy than when I got my bone graft done earlier. No yoga for three days straight and very tired and low energy the one positive is that I have been sleeping well Motrin has been doing very well for me. I generally don’t need painkillers this long. I usually need it for one day and I’m done but now I’m on my third day and I still need them at night. Anyhow, Mayor and I did the open street which wasn’t well attended because it had been raining all morning. The Rain did stop for a while and we found the Pierre rubber bench. After that exclusive development went back to Mary’s place watch the Eagles win 27–24 over the Titans. The Phillies managed to beat the Mets to close out there series with them which we split 2 to 2. We then decided to watch the Knight watcher Knight manager and Tom Huddleston in it and they’re in Egypt and there’s already he’s being seduced by the woman who’s involved with a very evil man. Also got Indian food for Mary. I am going to have pasta. Well, the next week will be following up on my treatment on my teeth and cloudy days for the next 10 days. We’re either gonna have clouds for sure and possibly of rain often on for the next 10 days of what I’m trying to say. I would’ve taken off three days off in a row for yoga which I done since I went away on vacation last time I took a couple days off was when I had my bone graphs done on my teeth to set up this implant stuff. I also have an important errand to do in Millville, New Jersey, which I need to do at some point when I feel up to it medically and stuff. We have to finish our 30 day challenge and that’ll be more of a chance since we both took off three days over the weekend and taking off three days to go to Boston starting Friday.

Tuesday, August 25: Phone Calls, Yoga, & Meetings

Good day, ladies and gentlemen, out there in the World Wide Web as they used to call it. Today, the last week of August is upon us in the next singing out it will be September where choir rehearsal starts, implants get put in my mouth and I go up to Fenway Park later in the month. Right now it’s phone calls today and Social Security Office Friday. As for today Went to a meeting at 7 AM this morning after the meeting Mary told me she’d bought me some coffee which was very nice of her to do it. She has to go to that place on her own. Anyhow, I had coffee we talked for a bit and then it was time for me to go to Mike’s and her to go to her PT. One of her last PT sessions since the insurance pays for about eight weeks. I got the Mike we talked for a moment. Did a little bit of cleanup around the house. We then took our walk. It was short because he either has the gout his bunny interacting up or it’s something else. His foot was kind of swollen. He had to do that card machine cause he hadn’t done it and in order came in for paper towels and other non-food items. I ended up having lunch calling Medicare about the easy pay program which you can apply for online but today is the 25th of the month and their servers were crashing because everybody’s paying their Medicare premiums. These are people who are holding off on Social Security and paying Medicare directly. I tried calling Delaware County the woman wouldn’t answer the phone. I then went to Fabio’s got Michael wireless mouse and now I’m going to CVS to pick up an order he already made. It was just flashed on the Internet that Dolly Parton died today at the age of 80 years old. Had no idea she was ill. Maybe it was a sudden illness maybe her PR team hid that fact for a while to protect her. Well I left Mike’s And headed down to Tina‘s 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga Class. I got there a little before Mary got the stuff up and it was a good class today. It was consistently warm wasn’t like real hot and then cooled out same temperature the whole time. Went then came back from that class after we relax for a while and we went back to Mary’s and got ready to go to ACI. I had some applesauce and and brought a poppy. The ACA meeting was good tons of people there and we’d socialize afterwards, which is really cool and then we picked up some Indian.
