Sunday, February 5: Yoga in AM Sunset 🌅 Ardmore

I set the alarm for 7:45 AM this morning to go to yoga. I turned off the alarm thinking I’m not gonna be able to do this. I thought about it harder and figured

 since we’re not meeting mom for breakfast because she’s not feeling well that I could do it. Come back in time to meet Wes for lunch. I gave me time to pull

 off at the end. I had a teacher I never had before. She’s pretty intense. She recently had a baby according to her Facebook page but anyhow play 50 Cent wasn’t terribly hot lol because it was the morning. I was very stiff

 at the beginning of class. After class I had to wait for the shark, this one dude took forever . He’s a nice guy, but 

he’s the kind of guy was like manicurist himself in front of the mirror for a long time

 anyway I went and got some drinks and opened one of my bars and caught the train back to Milbourne. Anyhow, I just stayed home and relax for the rest of the afternoon. Then around 330 Lynne’s 

planning to come over and look for something I can’t find. probably to do a little bit of organizing of my kitchen. I discovered that Millbourne did send me W-2 form to that was worth it definitely. The 

only place it hasn’t is the vaccine people. I don’t recall getting anything from them so we listen to a great author and theory, theory, guy, and and she showed me her air compressor

 that checks tires. We’re gonna go on a walk. It’s now 5:06 PM. We then

 took a walk, and it was a beautiful sunset outside. 

Friday, December 23: Mild to Frigid

I woke up this morning and it was a good morning not to be cold. I 


think all the training actually showed up on time. I almost missed it because it was on time. I then did wore my mask in and the train wasn’t that crowded, and I got 

the Mike’s on time. We then looked up the whole story of George Santos. The story just gets worse and worse and worse! The latest thing is that he isn’t really gay. He was married 

for 10 years to a woman and he was funded by Russian oligarch. I mean it just gets worse just like the Craig Rabinowitz story with summer at the strip club. You know that story about Craig Rabinowitz, who graduated
 in my class of 1981 for Lower Merion High School. Anyhow, I took out some garbage and did a little sweeping and we talked a bunch. The temperature started dropping there 

was a little batch of flurries, and that was that. Next thing I noticed one 15 and there’s time to sign out so I signed out. I then inside the room around Center City 

after a while they got cold and then went to Starbucks they’re not committing people to have seating for the homeless and because it’s cold for the weekends 

are having grab and go style here at the Starbucks at 16th and Walnut. They’re playing old is such a Cindy Lauper and I guess other 80s hits for my enjoyment.
Temperature is dropping moment by moment degree by degree. I decided to do two classes back to 

back. Is way to keep fit and also avoid the cold weather. Second class was very hard. But it was good. 

Anyhow, I called SEPTA. The train came really quickly there wasn’t that many people in and I got

 home swiftly. The wind is really picking up. It was 12° when I left the studio it is now 10°. I can hear 

the wind howling. We didn’t get much of a snow storm or any snow at all. It’s now 9:43 PM. I just 

finished dinner and I am gonna talk on the phone and then warm up and go to bed. I’m thinking of going

 to a 10 o’clock yoga class tomorrow and then coming back home

 and taking a nap and then doing my family obligation Christmas Eve thing. Then

 I’m going to Ardmore Pennsylvania.
 It’s going to be cold as hell for the entire weekend. I plan to go to 10 am yoga then eventually go to my brothers place in Media. I had a good day today anyway. And sing songs. oh yes

Tuesday, July 16: Slept In, Working Hard and Toppers

Well I did get up at 5 o’clock in the morning under my own power because I 

 didn’t set the alarm. I went back to sleep and decided that it would go to the morning meeting I would just to a possible doubleheader or just do the regular meeting at 6:15 and Fairmount. 

 ince I officially blew off the infamous ELO concert the date was going to be a fail anyway since she’s looking to get married and I’m not divorced 

 nd I told her.  . I scheduled a lot of people today. Well people 

 id storm in Florida time so I took care of those four people p.m. 

 ortunately the first two were good cause so I didn’t have to do carfare stuff. I had a pretty quiet time went to the very end of the day  when this one walked in. Just wanted to quickly

  send her to the program without verifying where interning at the city from department.. She would not tell me where she staying.  The address she l had return mail that was received today. She refused

 to leave until  the manager and the guard came by around 5:10 PM. I left really late to work. In fact I didn’t arrive to 15th St. station till 5:47 PM.
 I’m supposed to be at the massage place at 6 PM to get ready for my 6:30 PM appointment. Well I made it to the place on time despite mixing
 up the block that it was on Walnut Street. I took a nice shower 

 nd massage was very soft and relaxing. We talked a little bit about dating as we 

 sually do while getting to Massage. She’s in any relationship

 that’s broken up for now but she hasn’t given up yet. As for me there was really  not  much to talk about so I just listened. If and were we talked & she drove me to 63rd and chestnut and I just got off and came back home. It was a nice evening.
It was not too humid nice sunset as well. Of course Trump is doubling down on this racist comments  to tell the four minority Congresswomen to go back 

 here they came from. This is even though 3 of them were born and raised in 
United States and the other one is a game at grin who has full citizenship is a freaking congresswoman. He such a hemorrhoid. All he is doing is 
 appealing to his base 

 nd that’s all he cares about that’s why asked out  like that and he is a racist anyway. He used to try to cover it u but he doesn’t do that now. He just let it all hang out. This is to the cheers of his supporters.  It was a good day. That 

 omment for that woman was just silly. And I’m back where I should be. I went through Milbourne 

and went to the dollar tree and got a couple little things and then I am relaxed at home.
