Good day, boys and girls. I came to Mike’s and did a little cleanup and then Nichole came in and talked to him about his being tired and hyperventilating very quickly after doing a little bit of walking. She thinks it’s the liquid intake stuff. Anyhow, I went to Dr Nardone/Dr. Miller and they took out the stitches and it said it was healing fine so I went up to Dr. Turner and decided that I would see if I can get my partial put in and fit really well and I was pretty psych cause I was told I could eat normal food again that was a glorious thing. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s and immediately went out and ate my usual Indian packet lunch. That was nice. I then had a Pepsi and and finished off my icy. I’ve been sitting there for a week and a half. And then got motivated Mike did as well to organize his paperwork for welfare and his housing attempts. What I mean is attempts to get senior housing. Also, I called welfare department several numbers and the peel people are actually gonna call me the representative at my number instead of Mike. The guy told the woman told me that that should’ve been the case. They sent me an email. Is crappy as I felt a week ago. I felt great today. Now I’m a little tired cause I went to bed late, but I’m really relieved that I can eat normal again. I’m not going to Mary’s somewhat late at it’s at 4:20 and I’m only at 16th and Spruce. We’re next going to Yoga and Yin starting at 5:30 PM. Well, I went to the 5:30 PM yoga class with Dan and I felt really good today. I was able to do the backward bend the best I’ve been able to do once since last May when the parsons Turner kicked in. It was very cool for that to happen. It was a a revelation. Anyway, next, I went to Yin class. Both classes were really crowded the 4 o’clock and the 5 o’clock class in fact I wasn’t able to get a towel on the ground because we were running late. It was so crowded. Anyway, Mary and I went back and I had my first Indian food in over a week and it was pretty damn tasty. I really enjoyed it to no end. Then watched two episodes of Law and order had discussions about things.
I woke up today feeling tired, of course, but I wrapped myself up. Got my stuff together and headed down to Mike’s and got there around 8:23 AM.
The trip there always smooth today. It’s been pretty good lately not running ridiculously late thank goodness cause I’m always
running late. Anyway, I got to Mike’s. I said let’s take a walk before the rain starts. We did take a walk in a little drizzle did come
through, but it wasn’t much of anything. Mike started choking again but not as bad as yesterday, was concerned. After that decided to finally call the dentist about this partial because it’s getting much worse a little more then a chipped tooth to the point almost to the tooth and it also
has a really sharp point so it hurts my tongue because it keeps rubbing against it. I called the dentist office and I talked and 12 minutes but I did get a same day appointment at 12:30 PM. It’s still very
cloudy as of 12:28 PM but it’s not drizzling which is a good thing.
I went to the dentist and they did an impression and I gave them to settle. Be
at least a week while they take it to the lab. I paid the $30 and took
my sweet time getting home. A.k.a. Mike’s. By time I got home the physical
therapist had come and gone and we had her hung out and, then the moms meals came in and I was able to pick that up before leaving for yoga. I went to class and it wasn’t
boiling hot outside but it was pretty warm in the third floor. After doing a lot of drinking and
getting myself hydrated I had some guy tell me that that I looked pretty good and that he asked me how long I’ve been doing it and that was quite a
landmark for me. Me and him talked during the half hour break between the 75 minute and
your Vinyasa class. He’s a pretty cool guy same age as me. That was pretty cool I must say. I did a Vinyasa class
and a woman named Sam tied it. It wasn’t a bad class at all. Afterwards they caught the 33 bus up to the Sharon. I mean I got there at the Fairmont early got some snacks and attended the Covid CODA meeting and had the most people I’ve ever seen at this meeting
ever since I’ve been going there for the past year or so. It was a good meeting. I got a ride with a fellow traveler and that was cool. I didn’t have to take Uber. We talked and it was cool .
Good Day. After about a 3 1/2 to 4 hour sleep last night I got up called
the dentist in superimposed myself for an appointment by 10 o’clock so I had to hurry up and catch the train. I did manage to eat breakfast and take the required medication‘s for my dental stuff.
Well I went to the Dennis office and they took me in a little after 10 around 10:15 AM. They’re working out of two different offices cause they’re in the middle of expansion. Anyhow the dentist determined from the x-ray that I may be grinding my tooth and the crown is old. The particular tooth already had a root canal so that simple solution is not going to be done unfortunately. Basically eight I always I ordered a mouthguard
and I’m gonna get it through Amazon. I chose the one that Dennis recommended. It custom-made one
is over 300 bucks and takes three weeks I did get my regular partial back. The best I can do is get the mouthguard After that I took the bus the 42 bus to be exact
. I went to Penn and from there I took an ibuprofen cause the pain came back. I used a Starbucks bathroom
and took care of business there and then I walked back to the PEARLMAN center where this
Covid testing shot is as well as the colonoscopy I’m getting on Wednesday. I
went up to get tested and it was very efficient was easy to find and they
had me in and out pretty quickly. And then got home ate some lunch and meditated and took a nap
because I was just really worn out and then took a Tylenol because it
was starting to hurt again and I need to take Tylenol in between me ibuprofen
mixes I’m taking. I then called the Norristown high speed line to the 103 which is very efficient.
And I’m getting a birthday card and then heading up there at 3:10 PM Well I
got there around 3:15 PM and I relaxed a bit. We talked for a bit and then I took steps to ease the pain of
my grinding teeth. We didn't win on a walk up to this one particular stop signing trashcan where the bus goes. I felt the pain coming back and it was time to take ibuprofen and one of the antibiotics.
It seems to be like a medical kind of week or at least day that's for sure. It’s now about 6 PM. Attached is a birthday card that was given online by Lynne friend Amy it’s really sweet and nicely done
