Saturday, September 30: Rittenhouse Square

After nice fun evening, I woke up in Rittenhouse Square. I had a nice 

breakfast of scrambled eggs with curry over toast and had one of my 

waters with the electrolyte powder. And then hung out there for a 

little bit and then ran off to pick up my script that was going to be taken back if I 

didn’t pick it up by today. So I walked all the way to 15th of Spruce 

then walked to 15th and market call train back toHurley Street. Next I got a package 

of soy milk took my scripts and packed clean yogurt flows. And then talk

 on the phone with a couple of people and then jumped on the train at 3:21 PM 

to go back to 4 o’clock yoga downtown at Hot Yoga Philadelphia. 

Believe it or not,  Kevin McCarthy sent a clean bill to the Senate to avoid a government shutdown till 
November 21. It looks like the senates going to go with it. It does include



 disaster rate, but no Aa to Ukraine. Well that’s good news. I must say overall it’s good news, it’s now 3:43 PM. I went to class and I knew it was gonna

 be hard when I felt gas going. Walking up the steps to fourth floor. Cut my back. Class itself was fine. After class both Mary and

 I got a rude surprise. We were told we were holding up people from leaving and then it would cost the studio money for them 

to stay late because of us. I got his point, but he was a bit harsh. I got the

 message very quickly. Both of us are a little stunned by that. Afterwards we discussed it and we have to be careful on Saturday just to get the fuck out. Anyway, we watched body doublewhich features Melanie Griffith and some other people I don’t know and it was written and produced by Brian Talma made in 1984. Do you remember that movie? 

Sunday September 6: Leaving the Poconos

Good day. We got up at the motel on a beautiful morning. We are a little rough go 



 f trying to get out of there on time because we lost track of time. We finally did leave and went in search for a place to eat. Well, the places nearby were crowded for you had to wait in line or both. Then finally 

 ot it on our way  we went to Lake Harmony but all the restaurants had lines to wait to go to the diners

. Then we decided to grow  to a place called Chestnut Hill diner. It was a nice diner and then as we are about 



 o get there Lynn got some really sad news about her family. So that was a real tragic bummer. 

  don’t know what else to say. Anyhow, it’s now 2:18 PM and we’re about to leave the diner. Where 

 e left the diner and took the scenic route so we wouldn’t have to pay the outrageous cost of tolls. As it is I have to pay an extra day of car rental because
 I didn’t really put the head on it. We tried to call them to get a break but of course they said no they only give a 29 minute leeway. It is 
now 4:58 PM I’m really tired and I really do want to take a nap. It’s a beautiful sunny day for a drive. It’s now time to take a nap. It’s 8:52 PM I did
take my nap and 

 hen we went on our walk up and down Ardmore. OMG I got so winded and sweaty and it’s not even that hot outside. I just feel physically exhausted. I’m looking 

 forward to eating an Indian meal and drinking lots of liquids that’s all I wanna do I don’t wanna do anything else. I don’t wanna talk I don’t wanna do anything but 

watch TV and eat and drink and feel better. Well I had this delicious Indian food. It was absolutely delightful. I also

 had a Pepsi and sat a lot better I was pretty exhausted there. We’re 

 atching a movie called best of show. Oh I got some
 news. Two days we are going to spend bad Ocean City Maryland have been postponed from next week until the following weekend. My friend
Donna said she’s

 not coming down that weekend so I ain’t going down so that’s been canceled I was looking forward

 to that is something a little bit off the beaten trail. Oh well I don’t have a day off on Friday.

Sunday, September 5: Driving to the Poconos

Good day. I woke up around 9:15 AM and white around in bed and then watch do YouTube video about the 

 merican carnage style. My brother put it on Facebook and I decided to listen to it. It makes it goes  from trumps campaign to it literally is opponents than

 to obliterate our modern democracy as well. After that I quickly packed to get ready to pick up the  rental car for a trip to the Poconos. Since tomorrow is Labor Day were able to take this

 trip. I picked up my rental car with no hassle at all. I saw that the Hertz line was backed up as usual. I went with Alamo. The only thing I had to wait for was the guy  
to vacuum the car. And came to Ardmore and I prepared. It’s 12:44 PM at this time we’re going to be leaving I suppose approximately one to 1:30 PM today. We took a drive and  it’s off again and even drizzle but it wasn’t heavy rain at all. 

 e arrived and I proceed to get $190 running a stop sign ticket they had a cop right there in the stop sign look like a yield sign I don’t get points but 192 bucks 

 s a lot of money. We then got to the motel and it was OK pretty modest and then we went out for pizza because there was one really close by.  We went it was very good. I know right now

 that it’s 5:34 PM. After we had a pizza and back to the motel and then decided to take a little drive before
 it got dark after a nap. We ended up driving by the Monroe county state police office and this graveyard is a beautiful shape right 
 off this highway that’s near highway 940. We need to get a little walking down before it got pitch dark and before the rain started. It’s now  8 PM
 and it’s pitch
dark just about pitch dark right now. The rain has held off. Tomorrow 

 upposed to be a pretty nice day no snow clouds and no rain. We did notice that there

 are a bunch of places that serve ice cream that I really crowded. I 

 as kind of in a mood for a soft cone but  there are so many  people around. If you 

 alk around in the cemetery, we came back  
and decided to take a quick road trip little bit around the neighborhood. We wanted to get out and see stuff before the rain came. We watched

 some true crime stories on TV and then the rain came. We opened up the door and ring sounds great in the hotel. Looking forward to a very sunny day tomorrow. It’s going to be a pretty sight to look at the mountains
