Saturday March 1: Alice‘s Ceremony. Yoga, Cold

This morning I got up around 11:00 AM. Mary made a wonderful breakfast of bacon and eggs. I chowed down on that readily and then I set out to deliver

a chair to Mike’s that Mary had found in the delivery area of the Dorchester. Mary

had this portable dolly that made the effort a lot easier. I didn’t have

to carry it and then rest and carry it and rest. I could just roll around. The
wind made it a little more difficult

but not terribly. There were gust of wind about 30 miles an hour where it felt like it was blowing me away. well, when I arrived to Mike, Mike was glad to see me and unfortunately

I couldn’t just hang out for a couple minutes cause I needed to get back and watch Alice‘s conversion ceremony to
Judaism. ✡️ She formally converted on Wednesday, but the actual

celebration was today. It was on Zoom so I was able to get the zoom after failing the password at least 3️⃣ times. I kept doing it wrong and I finally got it. Thank God cause I got some really nice

screenshots. I would’ve been very disappointed if I couldn’t have gone Alice‘s rabbi
noticed that I was there and said I could ask ask any questions

and I asked a few and she was very nice so Alice knew I was there or at least there
in video version of me. I haven’t used Zoom in a long time so it was nice. I got back to Mary’s. I wasn’t Mary’s the whole time I

was watching it. Anyhow, Mary got back from her Reiki class and she told me the temperature has been Plummeting so I had to be aware of

that. We relax a little bit and then we headed on down to Miah‘s 4 o’clock 90 minute Bikram class. Well

that class was mighty fine that’s for sure. Only problem is some woman just came in late plopped

herself right in front of me so I had trouble seeing the mirror, but I made it through

anyway. Anyhow, at the end of class, everybody stayed at closing Shiva in longer than the 2️⃣ minute

minimum. And that was unbelievable. I never seen it where everybody stayed longer than the minimum

two minutes. In fact, I think everyone stayed at least five minutes. I’ve

never seen that in any classactually I don’t look. I just hear people leaving. Anyhow we talk to Mia afterwards and then we headed back to Mary’s where she’s gonna cook up some burgers for me.

We got a smoothie at marathon and that was delicious. I was really thirsty. It’s now 8 o’clock. I’m getting more drinks not tea, but just regular Drinks.
Anyhow, we watched the French connection with Gene Hackman. You can tell it’s a little dated business in old New York City when it was kind of gross all over the place. He was full of chasing nothing was spoonfed so it was a little hard to figure things out, but it was pretty good.

Wednesday, January 1: 10AM Yoga, Work, Relax

Hi! Happy New Year to everyone who reads this blog and beyond. After staying up till about 2:30 AM listening and singing to mid 60s

pop hits the association, etc. I got up around 7:30 AM to have a little bit of cereal and to get ready to go to Mike’s and then go to a 10 AM yoga class with Chris Fleck. I went to Mike’s did

a little couple little things and then packed my stuff. I realized I brought the the
used clothing, not the clean ones. So I

texted Mary and she brought the clean ones with her so that was good. I got

there early plenty of time Bought some more of the hydrating

powder and lined up for class. It was a 90 minute class and it was really good class. Chris was animated. He recognized couple people who went to New Year’s Eve last night and Kaitlyn said Mark

and Mary went as well. Then during class, Chris asked us if the trip to Costa Rica felt like it was yesterday  or 10 years ago. We answered more than a year ago.

So it was a good class. Anyhow, after class, Maryann and I walked back to her place and she treated me to bacon and eggs and toast it was very good.

She microwaved that bacon and it came out nice and crispy not oily gross and the eggs were done. “once over.” That
was a yummy breakfast!!!🍳 I went back

to Mike’s and delivered the rest of the stew that Mary made for Christmas. Mike had some right away and he enjoyed it. I did a little cleaning up and not much else. I was pretty tired and I

ended up taking a 15 minute nap. I don’t think I’m going to do much this evening. The temperature is going down cause I can

feel it and the wind‘s picking up the bummer pray stillgoing on police cars have everything blocked at 15th St. when I got to Mary’s, I was SO tired. In fact, Mary

was half asleep on her chair  when I arrived. I immediately within 10 minutes was crashed out. I was so tired. I didn’t take anything off.
I just crashed in the clothes
I came in on. That nap was so glorious. I slept for almost 2 hours and I really needed that sleep. We then went ahead and decided

we would order Indian and then watch on the three movies the Shawshank redemption, inside blue Ted Lewuan or Dark Passage with Humphrey Bogart movie

so I think we’re gonna watch the Humphrey Bogart movie because I just want get that one out of the way. Well, we watched dark passage and it actually

was better than I thought it would be it was entertaining and the plot was pretty good as well. It’s now about 1030 and Mary discovered one of my friends

was hacked on Facebook so we’re trying to contact her. Anyhow, it’s 11:04 PM
already
and it’s time to hit the rack and continue the nice dozing that started at 4:30 today. Overall, it was a good way to start the new year and I hope to continue my progress and Yoga and coordinate with my new employer called Impactful Homecare.
