Saturday October 12: Clubhouse, Errands and Discomfort

Hey world. A friend  forwarded me a link to this HBO comedy special. It’s called the Great Depresh. It’s free on YouTube

 this weekend.  I really liked it! about Gary Goldman. He is a  stand up  comedian who suffers  from  depression. I can really relate to some of that stuff. I 

 ant the whole thing this morning while I was going to my 

 eaning it starts at 10 AM. I first wanted to get some coffee before I ventured  



forth. I am waiting for Wes to let me know if  we are going to meet up today or 

 omorrow. I know how he can just disappear so I’ll have to make decision

 myself but I’ll give it about 1/2 hour and 45 minutes. That’ll be the time I

 finish or get tired of drinking coffee.  I was going to hang out with Leslie but since I did give her enough notification she had other stuff 
 oing on today. Call just before coffee I suffered
a social in dignity. I just tried talking to someone and they literally walked away 



 because I was blithering. He  has a  southern accent nice enough guy but  I guessed too late that he was bored or I couldn’t because I have  social skills that fail me at times.  I finally did  
 buy my trip to Florida because now I have some money.  Anyhow, I just saw something on YouTube about Shepard Smith suddenly leaving Fox news. The
latest is that he couldn’t take the Fox News Opinion host bullshit about what the truth is about Trump and his administration. CNN reported 

that t’s a loss for the country to have Shep Smith leave Fox because he told the facts on the network that‘s  not big on facts just opinions and kissing Trump’s ass. 

 f course it would be any Republican who happened to be an office. Well I ended up taking the train down
to West philly at 40th St.. I want to probably should’ve sat in and had lunch and then I charge my phone while I was eating it was enjoyable andd relaxing. And then brought him food back 

 home and headed out back home. Mel took me a little bit longer than I 

 hought to get ready because I want to make the 4 PM class. Apparently SEPTA saw It to be 3 1/2 minutes late  Well I did arrive for class about three minutes late never into the pranayama. Fortunately I was able to roll in and find a spot without like interrupting anybody. The teacher I knew from the 6 AM class on Mondays or Fridays. So class went well. I then walked towards Apple to get my new attachment and watch the fabulous crowds. I think I lost like 40 bucks I just don’t know if I did but I don’t know. Anyway, It’s now 753 and there’s a bunch of us waiting for the elder finally show up. These new JVC headphones I got for like eight bucks or an improvement over the previous ones. There’s a lot more noise canceling going on. So listening to the Beatles let it be your talking heads two towns different and better. And a talk on the phone with Helen and some of my other friends and eat some dinner dinner

Friday, August 2: Work and Paying in a New Month

Hello!! I had a feeling that I wasn’t gonna do anything but go straight to work
 and that’s what happened. I got up and turn the air conditioning a little bit cooler 
because I think it was turned down by someone. I then zipped myself after


work and didn’t give enough time to get coffee at 40th St.. Today was an off and on day at work I was on point but @ other times I was very
distracted😐 One of my coworkers 
 fficially left our unit at CDU to  o to pro port parole perforation there was a luncheon. It was nice. She’s a nice woman she’ll do fine. Just spending eight weeks in Harrisburg for training. I did find out that 

  am my application was fine. The woman was on vacation who called me last 

 hursday. So now I wait to hear for the good news filtered through 

 anagement my place or the bad news delivered by US mail. Will have to see what happens I have no idea how it’s gonna turn out. I said sure couple walkins and got my alerts down to a level that some manageable

. I then pay 300 bucks to help with the house in Millville that was not expected but it was the right thing to do I suppose anyhow I’ve decided I do it on Al-Anon meeting in Fairmount. Maybe I’ll run into Wes. Meeting

 Wes was wishful thinking he’s blowing me off again. Anyhow I went to the Al-Anon  meeting around 6:30 PM. At the clubhouse. 

 t was nice I knew one dude. Another had a partner. And we talked about family dynamics and alcoholic household. Anyway I then decided to go to CVS after almost 

 orgetting my backpack at the coffee shop. Fortunately they had it for me. Sunset 

 s really nice and everybody’s busy tonight so there’s not much 

communication going on. I did have to pay $300 but I got to do what 

  Gotta do. I’m really trying to fight my negative thoughts and judgments but you know I 

 hink they’re playing with me so I’m just going to write them out. Check to do it up to the left doing his best male 

posturing. I think I caught Mail pastoring at its essence here. I’m very sensitive to male posturing since I am a male and I don’t

 have a female in my life so that’s the way it is ha ha yup just like young 

 omen just getting pregnant because that’s what you’re supposed to do ha ha.

Thursday, June 13: Rain, Yoga, and Work

I got up and headed toward yoga. I checked my backpack and I was going and realized I forgot to



 bring my shorts. I then had her – towards CVS at 19th St. but I found a radio that was a 24 hour Rite Aid so I got lucky there. Well class was not that crowded today. I of course I had trouble with the triangle and the bending  down to your knees standing pose. They’re the ones that always get me really  

tired hot and sweaty. I’m glad we end with her sitting poses because the standing ones may look simple but they’re rigorous. Anyhow I’m sorry I wasn’t going to go to the meeting 

 nd I took my sweet time went to CVS got my juice. I’ve been got to work early and then finished up yesterday‘s blog posting.
 Then I sat at my desk around 8:45 AM. My supervisor either is going to be really late or not come in. None of my clients came in but I did see somebody

 for someone else since it was fairly simple. It’s now 1212 and the clouds  are breaking up slowly and it stopped ☔️ raining!! Well I went back to work and only
one of my clients actually showed up. I did see someone for someone else.I did get to go to buy a little too big around and get rid of a few of them in advance. Tomorrow I want to work 

 n my list of sanctions and write up is many as I can. Even though long run I’m away the first week of July. I got my blood test back and everything was normal. Your things

 are kind of stuck out for my e-book Logan which was on the lower

 end of normal and my sodium with you on the higher end of normal. 90. Overall

 I don’t have a problem with my blood so that’s a good thing to know. I 

 et up with Wes at the coffee shop we hung out for a bit. 
 Afterwords themeeting went to CVS he got some Scripps and I got some drinks and then he dropped  me off at the Broad Street Line. I went to 
the Market Frankford line I 
 ust missed the train because I just missed it. There was some funky screaming action going on when I first came to 
 he train.. I 
got home safely. Larry asked me to take Thursday and Friday 

 ff the 27th 28th the drive down to Florida with them then he would fly back with me on Sunday night or Monday morning. That’s the latest
