Well, boys and girls I slept on the easy chair AND I
actually fell asleep. I appreciated that for sure, but you know it took a trazodone,
ibuprofen, and a muscle relax, plus a nice filling dinner
to take care of that business. I got up, not knowing how much real sleep I got And got dressed with the help of
Mary. Had breakfast a banana and headed to Mike’s. Once I got to Mike’s
did a couple things and then decided I needed coffee because I was really sleepy. I got coughing and got
Mike an ice cream at the CVS since basically today I’m busy with my doctors appointments. Mary assist
in getting me a doctors appointment with her doctor tomorrow at 9:20 AM also half hour Reiki appointment
tomorrow at 1 PM. I’m being as aggressive as I can to take care
of this shoulder problem which is a real bitch! Anyhow, it’s now 152. I’m due to my regular. I’m Wednesday
afternoon appointment. It’s a good thing.
I work in Center City. This would not be possible otherwise. Well, I made it to my appointment and we just talked about
my shoulder because that’s my life at
this point all about my shoulder. You know I have doctor appointment at 9:20 AM and then a 30 minute Reiki session for my shoulder and then choir concert, etc. anyway it
was rainy and cold and kind of nasty.
I should’ve worn my sweatshirt but anyway I got a scam call today they called I hung up. They called me back on FaceTime and Mike was waving add me to hang
up so I called TD bank and they assured for me to hang up good. The guy was really excellent.
The NFL failed to ban the tush push that the Eagles effectively
used for
the last 3️⃣ years. 22 teams voted to ban it with only two NFC teams voting to keep it obviously the rest the NFC team can’t handle
it. Well, I left Mike’s around five after four 4:05 PM
and headed to Mary’s. I got there very slowly but I made it. I got to see Mary before she left for 5:30 PM Yoga
and Yin class afterwards. Meanwhile,
I watched TikTok about the tush push that was fun. I just had fun sitting there and yukking it up. I
then walked to the choir practice, which was Not fun because it was drizzly raining
and low 50s. The rehearsal was at the Kimmel center. That made it a little closer
not much but a little bit closer. We went over the four songs were singing at the pride concert on Wednesday, June 4. That’s the same day I go to physical therapy for the first time for this shoulder bullshit. I kept in touch with Mary and she got the Indian food for me and we’re gonna watch endeavor and May law and order it is so cool and damp. I feel like I’m doing my bones. Anyhow, the lady, the woman conductor that trained us was pretty chill and a practice went OK we ended at 9 PM which was a glorious thing for sure. Because it’s 9:48 PM that’s when we ended rehearsal yesterday. Weather‘s gonna be nasty tomorrow as well
Good day everybody today is Friday the last day of July. I got up early well not that much earlier but Mary had to go to a 9 o’clock PT appointment and she 
decided she went to cook breakfast and I was like cool so she cooked up some scrambled eggs, all spiced up and also some toast, which is 
very delicious. She then went out and got coffee for both of us, which is really cool. Then went off to work and she went off to PT. I got the Mike’s did 
a little bit of cleanup. The nurse came and the infusion woman nurse came as well at the same exact time. They all met up front of Mike’s house so he got all
that done. Yes, 😁Nichole was there with the person that follows her, she stated that it would be one of the last visits since it’s 8 to 9 weeks is up. Mike was 
encouraged to walk. So I have the nurses left. We eventually got Mike to walk and that was good. We ended up walking to Supreme coffee, which
is near the corner of 15th and Pine. Mary wanted to meet us so she walked up from the Dorchester after talking to her friend. We all hung out at the place. 
I treated Mike to Coffee and Mary and I split a a tort I think that’s what it’s called. Hung out for a while then walk slowly back to Mike’s. Mary went back
home and Mike and I chilled out for a while. I then went to CVS to pick up Mike his traditional diet Pepsi, and two icy drinks. I got two deliveries from 
Amazon and a third ones coming up and was due at 3 o’clock and it’s 2:57 PM and it’s not there yet so I’m sitting on the stoop writing this and waiting
for the delivery. Were the Amazon delivery guy finally did shop at 3 o’clock on the nose. He had both the AC and the super coffee in the same rubbery plastic 
stuff that they use now which was good I got had time to put it away. Well, I did get some extra Gatorade in time, but I don’t know if it’s gonna be cold enough to 
really drink. I may have to stop at CVS and grab a quick one cause they don’t sell diet. They don’t sell regular 
Gatorade at the studio or maybe I’ll just do it without Gatorade for one time probably won’t kill me. anyway, the Gatorade wasn’t warm enough. I took 
a quick 10 minute mini nap and headed out towards Yoga and it’s pretty crowded what’s 15th I think some show show just let out. I then signed up officially 
for class on the HYP app. I got the Class and Kaitlyn taught it today. It’ll be her last Friday afternoon class for about three weeks. She is going
away. I’m not sure but another classmate at HYP went to all the stands Uzbekistan Kazakhstan and three others. I can’t remember right now. Anyway, the class was good. It was tough, but it was a good class. I didn’t bring in a Gatorade, but I bought water after class let out I had a Twining pain when I did that standing head, Denise I just gotta be extra careful these days.
