Wednesday, December 30: Too Much Work. Walking and Physical therapy

I woke up this morning after a very restful comfortable sleep. I still woke up very tired. I was so tired I forgot to make myself coffee. I did manage



 to have some water and cereal. I had to work on this stupid report. I couldn’t find some applications. It turned out that I never received the application so I had to do all the work on them.  
 I let everything else go which was a problem. Tomorrow I have a shortened day to start my holiday weekend so I have to really get cooking with gas. The dentist called about today’s

 appointment and I decided to postpone till next Monday at 11 I know I’m gonna have to get all these damn reports done or have them almost done by next Monday. I’m actually probably
 going to have to drive downtown and try to find parking because of Covid instead of public transit. Anyhow took a nice walk. I was able to deal with it even though I forgot my hat. We walked 
by and lo and

 behold West was leaving his apartment on Ritttenhouse Street. Talk to him for a couple seconds. He was seeing his daughter out in Overbrook Farms . It’s 6:35 PM I’m off to physical therapy right next 

 o Saint James church. Well physical therapy was interesting. 

  found myself a little more step on my Rich order today. I  I felt all right overall. It’s becoming this routine.

 For fun we ordered chicken cheesesteak and it regular cheesesteak 

 t Bella Italia. They were very delicious. We watched a show called “in treatment.“ We also watched an episode of “House.” 

Friday, May 29: Finalizing a Report, Using AC

Well I woke in Ardmore and got myself ready to leave to walk to the Norristown high-speed line train. I took my time and headed on down to the south part
of Ardmore. I caught the train and paid the 250 cash faire. It wasn’t too bad out a little bit humid

 but not terribly hot. I signed in on time and found out that they’re really getting strict on time and 
attendance with the emails. I heard they are asking people to put in time for being a minute late. Now that’s kind of ridiculous. I’ll put in for a minute late but that’s just stupid and time-consuming. I think the states looking for ways to penalize people for being late or not working hard enough so they can make people come to the office for that kind of reason. I don’t know but… The riots going on in Minneapolis Minnesota due to the death of George Floyd. A police officer kneeled on his neck and he suffocated and died right on the street. There was a video that came out and there were riots last night. Even a CNN reporter was arrested along with this camera crew. One of the officers was formally charged with third-degree murder today. It’s a hot mess. Of course Trump had to make things worse by calling the protester slugs in implying that they should be shot.

Wednesday, October 2: HOT! 🥵 w/ Work and Yoga

Good day how are you? Morning feeling pretty comfortable in my bed. Feelings like 

 hat I really wanted to take the day off. I really can’t do that because I’m 
already taking a week off in California in three weeks. Then I’m planning a trip to Florida in January. I have a 

 ew supervisor by then. And I’ll be located relocated from my desk until January. Anyhow but I packed my shirt with me but I didn’t so I got really nervous and everything was OK after all. The 

 oss stores right across the street so I got myself a $15 shirt. I’m going to do it. Bernie Sanders has clogged arteries 
and needs heart surgery so his campaigns on hold at this point. It’s a real shame. I hope 


t’s OK. Yes it is getting pretty warm out here I decided to step out for

 lunch for a moment I already have lunch at my dad but I wanted 

 o take a breather outside. I’m plan to go to the meeting. I’m a lot

 less tired today thank goodness. Well I am down to my last 50 bucks 

 t this point. But I paid for everything. Cleaning SEPTA and the rent

. I have this report I’m gonna try to get it done just just to shower
