Friday, March 6: Sleep.😴 Mike Home

Well today started off waking up nice and laid around 11 AM this morning. That rest was quite glorious. I needed that sleeping in really bad. Generally Saturday is the dad sleep in but tomorrow we’re gonna go to a young kids birthday up in far flung suburb like Lansdale. Gotta pick up the rental car at 10:30 AM. Will probably be getting up around 8:30 AM. Anyway, that sleep felt really good. I knew that might being released anytime before 1 PM wasn’t gonna happen so I took full advantage of it. Also, I knew I wasn’t getting paid. Mary treated me to some of her coffee from Papa wands in North Palm Beach, Florida, and then had a bowl of cereal and made like like a tree and left at noon. Mike told me the ambulance was gonna pick him up at noon. Well ended up. He didn’t get back to his place till 1:30 PM. Got all his mail and his Mom’s Meals in. I will not be working Monday because of this EMG appointment and he is visiting Dr Shaby. He’s a chief medical officer you know. Mike always says that. Anyway, it’s 344 heading to Yoga now. 

Thursday, March 5: Dental Apocalypse🦷 Rehab & Mike

After a rough time getting asleep due to the toothache situation, I got up at 9 o’clock for emergency 9:30 AM appointment. I skippedbreakfast just rolled out. Once I got there to the dentist, Dr. Turner looked at my tooth and agreed that his attraction is a good idea. He also looked at an x-ray and one of my other teeth that are two teeth. Away has 
something forming that I might need a root canal on. This meant I had to go to Dr Wolgin on S. 17th St. and schedule another appointment withhim. That appointment is scheduled for Tuesday, March 16 at 1:30 PM. Going to Dr. Miller‘s office and schedule his appointment. That’s scheduledfor Tuesday, March 10 at 10:15 AM. Before then, I’m gonna get an impression to add an extra tooth to the partial. Probably won’t be wearing it because my mouth will be 
all messed up from the extraction. Yeah the dental reckoning has arrived. It’s now 10:41 AM. I picked up a couple scripts for Mike and I’m 
waiting for my scripts to get ready then I’m gonna go to Mike’s apartment two drop off your scripts and and bring something like glasses to his room number. Well, I went to Mike’s Apartment and found his poly grip and his glasses walked up to the Pennsylvania Hospital and we talked a bit. He’s hoping to get
out tomorrow, which is Friday. I hope he gets out tomorrow because I’m not around the weekend or Monday. He called Amanda. I also found out a social

worker came by and gave him some applications but also gave him section 8 paper to be filled up by his doctor verifying he’s disabled. Hopefully this will be the ticket to him finding a place. It’s now 12:34 PM. I’m gonna go back to Mike’s and then take Uber to the rehab at 1:45. Well, I took the Uber to the Rehab and boys I talkative during that whole rehab session. It was a pretty good session. I forgot my machine again and they had a machine. He gave me some home exercise exercises. Next day caught the 64 bus the 20th and Tasker that was a bit of a mistake because the 17 bus wasn’t gonna show for another 15 minutes. I decided to walk in 20 Tasker and the bus didn’t show up till I was at 20th and Lombard. Next time I have anything like that to get to the Dorchester, I’m just gonna take it to Broad Street and take the L all the way into City Hall and just walk from City Hall. I don’t know we don’t know what the hell I was thinking, but I walked andhad a good tour of South Philly, which was nice I suppose at least it wasn’t raining. Got to the Dorchester and got myself ready to go to class and he went to Shalice’s for 4 PM class which is very good. I really like her. She’s very good instructor and he’s very nice. After that came back took a little nap and then I went to my meeting. The CDA meeting was really good. It went by really fast because we read from the big blue book

 for 15 minutes and then it was time for people to share and there were some quick shares and I also shared as well. After that, there was a business meeting I decided to attend. I only attend it because



 I decided to take Uber back, which would make me on time to pick up the delicious Indian food from from Royal Indian. Yeah, and then we watched some Law and order and had a restful evening. Let’s hope my teeth don’t start killing me overnight.

Wednesday, March 4: Millbourne, Toothache, & Mike @ hospital.

Hi today start off in the usual way. I got up a little bit late and went to Mike’s. And did our thing. I then went to Millbourne to drop off a couple 

of items that were supposed to be mailed there, but I had a mailed to Mike’s. One was trash bags and the other was pasta and sauce. Went to Melbourne for a little bit and then on the way back Mike was telling me Amazon was on the way with deliveries and that something had been delivered. I got back to Mike’s and there was a bunch of stuff delivered, unpacked all that stuff and ate lunch and then proceeded to go to my session on 17th and Spruce at 2 PM. It was a good session. I talked about my mom‘s death and then my toothache started acting up right during the session and he had salt and I gave a salt water bath and that that helped out a lot. I finished the session and then I checked my messages and got a message at Mike called the ambulance and was admitted to an emergency room because of dizziness. He felt extremely busy dizzy and he was a little afraid so he did call the emergency room. I think
alerted the agency and told Mary instead of staying late till four. I just signed out at 3:30 and and discovered. I had lost my hat and that’s a bummer but at least it’s not freezing cold. It’s just misty rain right now at 3:39 PM. The dentist will be calling at 4 PM from Cozumel Mexico. 🇲🇽 at the same time, I’m doing this. I was calling Dr. Turner’s office to get me an emergency dental appointment since my lower left hand comes/tooth has been really hurting more often in the last 2 
to 3 days. 
Anyhow, we talk to Thomas the Dentist from Cozumel Mexico he said that I should probably have a tooth extracted here in the US and then get the work done in 3 to 6 months in Cozumel. We had a very good discussion. He’s a very forthright man decisions what we mean after tomorrow’s 9:30 AM appointment with Dr. Turner hopefully I can get this tooth fixed. I think there’s an infection. It’s tooth then again I thought all my teeth were a root canal so I wouldn’t feel anything but obviously this is not the case. Well, I took an Advil around 4:45 PM in the Admiral took away the pain. It was a miracle it actually took away the pain I was able to go to 5:30 PM yoga

class with Dan. That class is pretty crowded. It is a good class. And then I was able to go to Ian. The top at the same one who taught last Sunday nights sound healing class. This Ian was one of the best classes I’ve taken in a long long time. It was very good. I could feel the pain when to come back, but the Advil kept going helped out after we got home. Mary made some pasta, but it was very tasty and the pain 


didn’t kick in till about 1 AM and then I had taken over though hopefully little little still.
