The Millville City Commission approved a bond ordinance on first reading for the sum of $3.6 million one Tues May 6th. If this is approved on the May 20th Commission meeting, it will fund the city's purchase of Millville Gardens, the relocation of its residents and its eventual demolition.

As you all might remember, last year, Goodman properties was going fix up the place and well, the city now HAD to take matters in their own hands. We can only hope that someone or some entity does not screw this deal up before the MAY 20TH 7PM City Commission meeting
