Saturday, October 10: Massage, Brunch & Yoga

Good day, boys and girls of America. It was nice because I got to sleep in and it was pretty glorious being able to sleep in after a very busy week. We

got up in time at around 10:30 AM to go to our 1145 massages that we’re both having. Mary was seeing the new woman and I was seeing Brandon. Anyhow,

we walked up there and Massage was so sorely needed my whole left side from neck to shoulder blade was in need of some work. I couldn’t believe how

stiff I was. Actually, I could cause I felt it last night. I was really really uncomfortable not just stiff but stiff uncomfortable, which made me feel miserable.

Anyway, he had some spots my shoulder shoulder blade and even got to my hamstrings which were really tight, especially near my

knee. He said tight hamstring puts pressure on the knee so I took note of that. I do have a little twinge feeling which he says is my meniscus so I almost

had the same thing that Mary has. Anyway, after that went down to the café, and I had a delicious omelette with goat cheese that was very tasty. Just enough

food do not be too full for Class and we went back to Mary’s a little after 3 PM got ready for class and then went to Miah‘s 4 o’clock class. Miah is a very good

instructor takes time out to demonstrate correct ways of doing the postures and. She also says do what your body will let you do and don’t push too hard

and injure yourself. Which is really really great advice. It was a struggle there at some point in class cause I just had a massage, but it was a good class. We then

went back and had some refreshments and relaxed for a while and then decided what we were gonna have for dinner. We decided to do Curry Leaf instead

of pasta. As as you know out there and Internet land, Royal Indian is closed for three weeks why they changed their name and renovating tire

interior. Today’s the last and a nice days tomorrow is 100% chance of rain and I’m supposed to participate in a tabling for our fest. I mean I’m doing

for the Choir. We’ve had a spade of really nice days and that’s ending where it’s gonna be chance of rain for the next five days we’re going to Curry

Leaf for dinner. I’m gonna be picking it up. It’s now nine 8:24 PM. We watched a Auto Preminger film called anatomy of a murder with Jimmy Stuart and

Lee Remick. Orson Bean George C Scott were also in the movie. It was long, but it was very good. We paid four dollars to rent it instead of going through Amazon prime because prime has commercials we stayed up fairly late and then we decided I would go to the alt to set up and we go to 1 o’clock class with Lupe and then go to the 4 o’clock class supposed to rain for the next few days. 

Friday, October 9: Sunny!!! Buzy Day @ Mike’s

Good day everybody today is Friday, October 9 and boy couldn’t ask for a lovely fall day if you put it in a package. Got up slept well, but didn’t

sleep enough as usual. Anyway, got up around 8:15 cause I needed the extra sleep got the Mike’s about 9:15 AM. One sec I got the Mike’s. I had to do a bunch of stuff around the house, clean

clean stuff empty liquids, and get laundry ready. Mike just had enough course to do one road in the wash. Next I was charged with paying his electric

bill he then wrote me money the $60 needed. Then I went to the check cashing place got a roll of quarters got the bill paid then came back, continued

to put the laundry in the dryer. In fact I had to run most of the clothes twice because the spin cycle. Those cheap washers isn’t really great when you’re doing

a large load. Then I waited for the infusion lady to shop and she finally showed up an hour late as usual. She was very nice. Anyhow, I went and walked

down to eighth and choose to pick up his Ridellan script. After I got that, I came back to Mike’s and just relax for a little bit and then drink a little something

and then went off to 4 o’clock  w/ Katelynn. We learned something in this class every time you reach out and finish Shiva you don’t breathe twice. You

just breathe once and you lean over twice. It was very interesting cause that’s the way. Everybody was telling us to do it and that was very enlightening.

We then went to Uni clo. I need some flannel shirts because I only really had one flannel shirt left. We managed to find 2️⃣ that were size large, which was 

really nice and they were one was a burnt orange and one was red. And we got either quickly. Then I noticed my shoulder and scalp really just achy

and sore and I just wasn’t feeling very good so I came back and relaxing, and Mary took care of me while I recovered after that I felt a lot better and we watched

Law and order in had pasta with veggie burgers on mixed in with them. It was quite tasty. Tomorrow we’re planning to get massages at 11:45 AM

to help her muscles out.

Thursday, October 8: A Day of Paperwork and driving

Good day everybody it’s 5:04 PM. I just completed admission of paperwork and driving. Got up at 6:30 AM eight wanna Mary’s leftover bagel

sandwiches which was absolutely delicious. Then I went to my 7 AM meeting where I opened up the door, etc. The meeting was pretty good I shared and

then after the meeting, somebody wished me well today. That was really nice. I must say. I then went back to the Dorchester gathered up my paperwork

and ventured for via Uber to 30th St. station to get a rental car. I needed a rental car too go to New Jersey in Delaware County. I took the day off because it

wasn’t worth it trying to get everything done and pretend I was working when I really wasn’t. So I drove and traffic wasn’t too bad. Most of the traffic was

going towards the city and not towards South Jersey. I stopped at the Wawa and exit 27 and that seemed to help me out took care of personal business

there. I arrived then gave out went to the notary. The notary was out in the woods somewhere pretty property. Also had a cute cat. That was very fluffy.

Anyway, all the notarizing happened it was time to disembark and head to Delaware County. I got the Delaware County to Media realized that I didn’t havemy

hat when it was boiling hot with the coat on then my key somehow, the Rental Car key got stuck inside my jacket. I literally asked these guys cut a little

hole in my jacket to get the keys out. I gave the paperwork and I’ve happened to forget one piece of paper and also I got a message I left my hat so I had

to go back get the paperwork signed and pick up my hat which was fine. Who is in time to go back towards Philadelphia and drop off the card 30th St. station. I ended

up taking a scenic route because it was avoiding 476 traffic. I then accidentally missed 95 north and took the most scenic route to S. Orange St. in Media. It’s very scenic. Anyhow, I wiggle

through traffic and it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. I arrived in Philly around 5:00 PM gave the keys to the people at the Hertz station and I am now

walking back to the Dorchester. I should arrive there by 5:15 at the latest. I’m pretty tired, but I really do want to hit the happy hour Yoga. I’ll be able

to relax for a little bit before having to leave for the I think it’s a 6 o’clock class not sure. When and that was perfect for relax running around all day. It was pretty chill and I enjoyed it very much.

Wednesday, October 7: Cool AM. Papers, Mike, & Yin

Good day, ladies and gents and Mike Pence. Today is Wednesday, October 7. In fact that’s that it’s today

all day long in fact. Anyway, I got up around 8:15 AM. It was good to get that extra 45 minutes of sleep. That really really helped. Got the Mike’s and we

went to the Philadelphia senior center. We just basically across Broad Street from where Mike lives. Mike had some difficulty with his endurance

but we made it to the senior center. We got there for him to get some coffee and sit and wait for our appointment with the social worker. This appointment

was at 10:30 AM. She called up the Pennsylvania PUC and we were playing hold for about 35 minutes. In the meantime, she asked questions

and we had conversations. Mike’s gas cut off won’t happen on October 13. There’s been a delay while they look into it and contact Mike. Meanwhile, she gave

us a referral to go to a place in Germantown for an agency that will be able to make a payment on Mike’s behalf. So that went well after that Mike had lunch

at the senior center, and then after that we went back to Mike’s I had lunch and got some email paperwork today. And then made an appointment. Got a

Rental Car and took the day off tomorrow. Got to take care of business. Meanwhile, almost had a restroom malfunction, but that didn’t happen thank God.

It’s now 3:03 PM. I’m going back to Mike’s. I’ll work there till four and then take a nap and go to Yin and Yoga both.  Well, it’s now 4:27 PM Houston. We have a toner problem. I’m heading towards Staples 15th and Chestnut. Well, Staples has one cartridge left thank God so a rush order at 8 AM tomorrow morning will not be necessary thank goodness
