Thursday, January 23: Cold 🥶 Yoga and CODA

Hi! Today I woke up in fabulous Center City and mixing it out. It was 8:22 AM. I was like I had to Bolton. I thought about taking Uber 
but they wanted to charge 20 bucks to 

go to from 19th and Locust to 15th in Lombard. I said to myself screw that.“ I just walked and I was a little I was late. Anyhow, I end up going to CVS to get scripts and groceries but 

the South Street pharmacy called to all the Scripps away. They had misinterpreted with Mike and say. That 
South Street pharmacies is a damn incompetent

. They gotta do better than that day of some senile dude there name Mark but whatever I got his groceries 

and now it’s 12:31 PM and I’m ready to have some lunch. Lunch is good for me. I think it is good for me. I need to have it early to be ready for the 4 PM class. 

Well, I had my lunch and did a little bit of sweeping. I’ll pick up those scripts tomorrow. Mike succeeded in getting them sent back to CVS but they weren’t done yet. Next, I went to my 4 PM hot yoga class taught

 by Rob. Rob recently got recovering from a stomach helmet. There was hardly anybody there. It was very empty today compared to most classes. That classes was good. It’s just weird winners a real empty class. 

Anyhow, after class when I ordered samosas and then we took a nap and then I got up and the seven

 bus literally showed up like drove right by me. I was able to run half block

 and catch it barely. It’s now 7:54 PM. I’m just glad I caught it cause

 I didn’t feel like walking all the way up to JFK Boulevard just to wait and be cold. Well, the CODA meeting was interesting. It was tradition 10 about bringing outside issues into the meeting. There are a couple new people there. It was cool. Then fortunately caught the bus that famous 9:29 PM bus and arrived at the Dorchester at 9:52 PM!

Friday, June 7: Hanging Out Hiking and Work Warning

Today we woke up a little bit earlier around 10 AM had breakfast 

and then looked at the photo albums that I had bought. They definitely brought up a reaction for a time. We then decided we would hit the hiking trail. Hiking trail

 was fun place was pretty cool, I got a phone call from Citadel and they wanted 



to talk to me, but I didn’t call back in time so I talked to Mike and 

Mike told me that they uninvited inspection of Mike’s and Found lacking and cleaning up place. Rest of the time 

we hiked and enjoyed that then we went to sprouts after House 

picked us up. I’ve got some really good bullshit food, but pretty good prices. I was 

doing this in the shopping and we made out pretty well. About

 $47 in foods so we’re set for food for a couple days at least. Afterwards we drove

 back home to dialysis and went and put away most of the food that 

we bought and she bought while she was at 4:30 Service. We’re gonna go and, Alice got it all fixed. Got booted by AAA. Was just like yesterday the sun was very intense 

but there was no humidity. It was pretty much perfect weather day. I have to call Citadel a.k.a Eminence homecare
and discuss my issues with them or them 

with me. It’s now 6:46 PM. I just two kids came over along with the boyfriend 

and cooking up stuff and putting on a long shirt. Yeah that’s what 

I’m doing so I’m gonna have some food soon and that’s OK with me. The dinner was quite 

delightful. Had veggie burgers, regular burgers, veggie dogs, regular dogs plus we had a short Jewish

 prayer and we toasted to peace and goodwill. We got down to dinner and that was

 very good. Becky‘s boyfriend cooked up some good grilled food from the 
grill that I had previously warmed up. We then decided to place shades 

which was more fun than I thought it would be. Pam and Ferris Bueller successfully. 

I’m not real confident in that game, but it was fun. Then we looked 

at that album that times with me and it was very pleasant. Tomorrow is Saturday

 so I think we’re gonna sleep in for the day and do more practicing with Alice‘s car.

Sunday, May 5: Amsterdam Canal Tour

Good afternoon it’s 2:17 PM. It is a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I 

got up late. Saw Lisa for a second as well as her niece I fallen for about a minute or two and then I went off to 11:30 AM yoga class. It was a 90 minute and 

it was, pretty difficult. I was sweating like crazy. If I came back from yoga class, I took a quick nap and Brandon to Lisa beforehand

 and she encouraged me to go to Western Park and see what was going on there and then she encouraged me to take a tourist boat ride to the canals which seem like a good idea. So I stopped 
at West Park for a minute got directions to the Place where I could

 pick up my boat ride only problem was I kept getting confused where 

to go and which package I got but I got the one with no wine and

 cheese which was fine. Got some stuff I had seen. I got some nice pictures this one 

spot we can see , it’s the only spot you can see 7️⃣ Canals in a 

row! Try to get a picture in between heads getting in the way. I sat next to some younger

 people from California from near LA Redondo Beach. I believe it was. 

The one guy had a sort of mullet. He was OK, but I chopped the cheese because it looked

 free and I don’t know if it was but anyway Fast wasn’t too bad I 

just decided to actually sit at a place called SLA the good food bar now kids raising the 70s so with the SLA was that was radical group that kidnapped Patty Hurst. I’m just sitting here probably 
going to take a bunch of pictures and sip on my juice because it has ginger in it and I’m in the mood for ginger, it’s 5:30 PM. Ginger feels

 good in my throat. Anyhow, after I went to that place, I went back to Bob and Lisa‘s place because my phone was about to die and you know how 
it gets it gets when close to 5%. It runs out quickly. Anyhow, I talked 

to Lisa a little bit and then decided I would go back and get a burrito burrito 

place right around the corner. Five and Lisa don’t go out to eat much Bob can cook up.chipotle but not. The burrito was absolutely 

satisfying. I took a couple videos and pictures. I displayed them on Facebook and Instagram because

I got some really cool shots, including of a swan just keeping up with us on the boat. I’m glad I went on that boat tour cause I didn’t really think about 
booking one of those tours for some reason. As fortune to have such a nice day for this boat tour. It was sunny and mild, which is somewhat rare thing here the weather is very changeable, but overall after the first week, the weather was decent overall. I started to get ready for tomorrow cause I’m going to the van Gogh Museum at 10:15 AM and then go to yoga.
