Monday, December 22: Millbourne to Philly. Dorchester to Yoga.

This morning I woke up in Melbourne PA. I didn’t have any milk so I really couldn’t have any breakfast so I just got dressed watch a little 

videos and threw the trash out. I caught the train just in nick of time and got the Mike’s around 9 AM. Once I got the Mike’s really didn’t do much 

except I ate two of my nutrition bars that I had kept and had a super coffee cause I was pretty sleepy. Mike and I talked a little bit and I threw out some trash. Next thing you know it was almost 10:15 AM and

I had an appointment at 10:30 AM. They have rules that if I missed the appointment, they would charge me 100 bucks extra. So I showed up for that

and found out that my psychiatrist is moving to Vegas or a suburb of Vegas called Henderson Nevada. She will commute back to Philly once a quarter for a little while, so I will see her in March even 

though she’s living in Vegas. That was a weird thing to hear. After that, I went to Mary’s to fetch my Simpson’s holiday T-shirt. While I was there I shaved 

and we hung out for a little while. It was a nice break. It was fun. Just when I left Mike said he has a delivery of oxygen supplies or something from the 

doctor. It’s now 12:56 PM. I also have to leave Mike’s no later than 330 so we can show our T-shirts. Well, it’s 3:33 PM. I left exactly at 3:31 PM because I’m meeting Mary Early to wear our matching 

Simpson holiday T-shirts that we bought last weekend. So we’re gonna meet outside the studio. Anyway, Mike and I agree we’ll get stuff done I did a little bit of bathroom cleanup and carried out the trash and headed on my way to Byron‘s 4 PM class. Well, Mary and I met it outside the door and got her coats unzipped and ready to show off our Simpson family holiday T-shirts . We went upstairs and Byron and Tina. We’re both there which was perfect. We took off her coats and they really liked 


the T-shirts. Byron took a couple pictures of us posing in the T-shirt. I like it except it looks like I have a big gut. Then we proceeded to go to Byron‘s 4 o’clock class which was nice size crowd. My left shoulder was very tired, but I made it through the woman 

next to me is it did two of the poses for Byron that was interesting. Afterwards Mary  and I hung out for quite a while and realized it was 6:38 PM so I went straight to the meeting from there now I’m going to have mimosas for dinner and I’m really 



hungry and I am so glad it’s that I’m indoors and not out in the cold.  What we watched the three part law and order on season season seven it was great. John in your car got my gift of the SEPTA shirt. I can’t believe it made it on time.

Thursday, May 22: Autoimmune? MORE RAIN!!

Good day everybody another cloudy day in paradise. At least this morning it wasn’t raining anyhow I’ve got up. Put all my sling and headed 
home
down to Mike’s. After a quick sweep, I had to leave and go to a 9:20 AM doctors appointment at Jefferson well, I got a big surprise when I got there first off. He told me as he told me basically that I don’t shouldn’t use the slinger. I’ll get frozen shoulder

. After asking a bunch of questions. He decided that I might have a  After asking a bunch 

of questions. He decided that I might have an auto immune condition but we don’t know yet so, I guess it’s

 massages and an acupuncture appointment wasnext Wednesday. This out-of-pocket medical

 shit for the birds I’ve been very fortunate. I haven’t run up medical bills like this before, but 

we need. Will you need? Will you still need me? Will you still feed me when I’m 64………………… I went

 back to Mike’s had some lunch and MUSED about talking to Alice about this…Well, we got a tiny

 bit of good news here from the Supreme Court. Amy Coney Barrett recuse herself. She seems to 

have some kind of ethics, unlike Thomas and Alito.

seems. I got back to Mike’s and he told me he had an appointment 

with the nurse practitioner around two. 2 PM. I had lunch we shot the shit and then I realized that I was

 beating Linda for Reiki and then Mike discovered that his phone was 

not working he couldn’t get into his phone to call. Is there nurse practitioner who’s going 

to come by so before I left for Mary’s place to get the Reiki done, we called Penn and gave 

my number. The nurse practitioner called literally just before I got to the 

session and we agreed that there would be an oral examination rather than her visiting so she’s going to 

call between 330 and 4 PM Today. Anyhow, it’s drizzly, but it’s not raining quite as steadily as yesterday

. It feels liberating to be able to use both my arms. It’s I still have aches, but it’s not

 super painful, but I’m feeling it Half hour Ricky session was really relaxing and

 she said I looked a lot better than I did the last time I had a session which

 was two days ago I believe. It’s 4:24 PM Mary’s taking
 a nap and I’m wobbling over to her house, she had a very intense session herself. Hopefully, I can lie on my sideor actually lying to bed and not have shooting paint. I would


 be really cool. Anyway, it’s another rainy old day in my car. I can’t seem to clean my camera in so some of these pictures are gonna come out like crap. Well, 

Mary and I watched a couple episodes of Law and order and we decided that 
we would crash and sleep. I am hoping I can get a good night sleep 

for a change. This is very ridiculous. I will soon as soon as tomorrow find out if I have an autoimmune condition

 and if I don’t, whether I canpop the steroids that were given to me a week ago. Time will too soon tell that I hope to have him as a my primary physician for my golden years.
