Tuesday, July 8: Hot!🥵 and Quite

Well, I got up around 8 o’clock and didn’t really leave Mary till about 8:30 AM which made me late for Mike’s of course. I showed up and 


the nurse came over and so did Tony the physical therapist. I did not go out much today. it’s very warm and pretty humid outside. Mike and I went over some appointments. I made his bed and we have to do some more stuff

 tomorrow. Things like laundry and and what not. I stayed in the AC most of the day and relaxed after all the running around I did yesterday with the car registration, etc. I’m really glad I got that car my name off the car I haven’t

 driven that car since 2011. Anyhow, Mike has this appointment at 3:30 where I cannot be in the house and I have to leave. I think I’m gonna go to yoga today. Mary’s not gonna go, but I will go to the meeting. 

She’s having since I don’t have choir until September. I banged my head 

really bad on the mailbox when I was trying to pick up something 

and I got a nice gas for my stall. Mike’s SIM card for his phone isn’t coming till 

the end of the week or early next week because they delayed 

mailing it and mailing it UPS, which really is kind of sucky really so he 

has no phone for a while. OK well Mike’s 330 appointment turned into a 

3:15 PM appointment so I just left in a rush and hung out at the steps and drank

 the rest of my super coffee and updated this blog posting. You can 

hear two things somebody’s radio and Mike talking. It’s now 3:50 PM. I’m going to 

leave at 3:55 cause that’s the time I signed in. Yep, hopefully 

I got a full week of work in four weeks pay oh I won’t because I missed work Monday, but one day



 isn’t bad. It’s when I lose the whole week. Anyhow, after I left, Mike 

went to Mary’s. We hung out and cooled off and I’m going to the 5:30 PM class and then I’ll meet Mary at her 

meeting at 7:15. Well I don’t know what But I think I can make the 

meeting on time. I just can’t hang out at the studio like I usually don’t need 

to get the hell out quickly it’s 5:18 PM and 
boy oh boy it looks like thunderstorm is coming cause it’s humid as fuck. Anyhow, I got to yoga and guess what Byron was teaching the class today. The room was obviously hot and it was pretty crowded. I fortunate

 did get my back area done and that was a good thing. So I did OK and then I quickly left the room and got dressed and was ready to meet 
Mary at the meeting and then Mary wrote that she wasn’t going cause the really bad rain and tornado warning. In the meantime, I luckily caught a 21 bus after the 42 bus wouldn’t let me on 

cause I had my shirt off. We then had delicious veggie burgers and watched two episodes of Law and order which were pretty good but pretty intense. When you’re used to watching Law and order CI these ones are a little difficult but they’re cool.
