Thursday, July 10: Frustration, Yoga, in July

Hi. Damn glad to meet you out here in the Internet land. Well, today is Thursday and I have an entered the photography contest

and tomorrow is the deadline so I have to do it tonight. Anyhow, I went to the PT today and she read my findings and her

determination is that There wasn’t much use for me to come to formal PT classes because of that it’s nerve damage not just on some kind of muscle pull or something. That sort

of sent me in a state of shock. She said to continue to exercise exercises and raise my hands in the air with while lying in bed, etc. I’m going to set up some questions

for my July 22 appointment to deal with this. I did talk to Mary and my sister Alice about the whole situation. Also got some words from someone else as well. Mike called the phone company

he works with and apparently they tried to send the SIM card by US mail and it

got returned or something. Now they’re sending it UPS and it’s going to

be another two weeks for him getting the SIM card that was really stupid. As I was leaving work, my work app

stopped working for a minute, but I was fortunately able to sign in. I

was able to do screenshots of my app in case it’s a problem. Anyway, it’s 3:47 PM. I’m

heading into the 4 o’clock class my mind a little blown right now. Well, I

went to the 4 o’clock class and Tina started today which was a nice surprise. I did

my thing and it was pretty warm but I was in a bit of a mood so I was all

concentration 100% there. Afterwards, Tina was very encouraging and she

was encouraging during class, which is really appreciated. I felt like I

had as a teacher today. So it’s at 5:53 and I feel a lot better. Anyhow, Mary and

I left the studio and we walked
back to her place and picked up some food at the Royal Indian for dinner. My target doll was really hot. That’s for damn sure. Hers was not as hot. Anyway, I finally entered my photographs for a photography exhibit at the Sketch club exhibit that coming

up in early August. We will find out just like last year around July 15, if any of our photos got

in. I recall last year Mary and I were in Long Beach when we found out about the results of of who got in the exhibit. Anyhow, I put in seven photos for possible entry they could take up the two of a person works. We’ll see what happens after that.
