Sunday, November 3: Breakfast and Yoga
I woke up at the Dorchester. We had breakfast I had cereal and so did Mary. We have a long day of yoga ahead of us so we brought some bananas and figured
we might go to get a smoothie between 11 o’clock class and the posture clinic that we’re going to. I made it on time to the 11 o’clock class and Dan taught a
good class. I think it’s the first time I’ve taken a Sunday morning class in a long time. I definitely felt Sunday vibe because my body was stiff and I was struggling a bit. However, I did enjoy the class.
I drank a lot of water during the class and right after. Mary and I decided to go to the marathon Grill and get what they call a green machine smoothie. Boy that thing hit the spot. Oh my God that hit the spot really good. We
went to the processor clinic and there was about 11 or 12 of us there
it was really well done. We asked questions and got some pretty good advice on various standing postures.
They’re the ones on the most part I struggle with. It’s mainly due
to the balance. We found out during the posture clinic that the NN violin class was postponed
until November 24.That’s the day before Mary and I fly out to
visit Alice in California. I got some good advice on one posture. It’s the posture where you spread your legs out and try to touch your head on the ground and hold your hands underneath
your feet. That’s the ideal pose. afterwards, we decided to order Indian early so we’d
have an earlier evening since tomorrow is a workday. We ended up watching Spotlight, which is the movie about the Catholicpedophile priest discovery in Boston. That later spread to many
major cities in the US and the world. I’ve been called to 21 bus and got home and watched the deck documentary by Michael Moore
called
Fahrenheit 11/9 This move talked about Trump beating Clinton and how we got there. It was quite scary and depressing especially the beginning part Obama did not escape scrutiny in his handling of the Flint Michigan situation this is filmed in 2018.
