Saturday, November 16: Breakfast, Plans and Yoga

This morning I woke up at the Dorchester and we decided that we would go ahead and go out to eat the breakfast at the heart of catering Café. 


We decided we’d go to breakfast there and I would get my breakfast burrito, etc. when we left the house, it was a mild 60° outside. The highest going to 

be 61°. It was very very comfortable outside.Well, when we got there, it was really crowded. We did get fairly good service, even though it was crowded as hell. I mean it was really

 crowded inside we got our meal pretty quickly considering and enjoy it. Then we started talking about making plans to go to Newberry Florida to visit our yoga, instructor

 and former owner of HYP in Newberry, Florida then taking a road trip to New Orleans

 and flying back from New Orleans sometime in January or February. Anyhow, 

it’s 2:34 PM. We switched the laundry from the washer to the dryer. Had some iced

 tea Mary’s going out and doing a little shopping and I’m just going to 

sit here and update this blog and and put the video on for yesterday’s blog in case eventually the stupid blog pictures just disappear off the face of 

the Earth Lis my YouTube is free and that’ll probably be the only thing that’ll 

exist after I’m dead. We relaxed w some iced tea and getting our 

clothes 4 our yoga class which starts at 4PM. Well, Wes couldn’t come to the class. He was driving her 

daughter‘s boyfriend back home. I guess I do a little boyfriend

 Intel plus sometimes kids aren’t self-sufficient. I don’t know. Anyway, went to Mia’s class and I did a lot better on the balance that I had the previous day. I was really happy about

 that. I was, however, underneath one of the heaters and oh my God it was pretty hot, but it was a good class. Saw Kaitlyn there and then after that

 we hung out at the studio. We then went to a store to get some sprouts for the veggie burgers, and
 I got myself a grapefruit juicy, which I haven’t had in a while. 
Used to be my favorite flavor. We then had veggie burgers which were very tasty and watched a movie called the Day of the jackal which was made in 1973. It was about an assassination attempt on Charles de Gaulle in 1963. It was a really intense movie. I have to watch it again cause I miss some parts of it. .
