Thursday, October 24: Mike’s Dr Apt. Yoga

After a weird dream I had I got up quickly cause I knew I had to be at Mike’s by 8:30 for the shared ride. That’s supposed to come around 8:30. So 

I quickly eat breakfast and managed to get the Mike’s on time cause I caught the bus right on time. There is a choice of buses there’s  3️⃣ of them. I could’ve

 picked to get to Mike’s, which is extremely rare. So I got the Mike’s and   5️⃣ minutes later we went down to catch the shared ride. The ride

 actually came in a decent hour and we showed upat Mike’s appointment 45 minutes early and we showed up a little early and the doctor did see Mike. The 

office wasn’t busy and then a bunch of old guys. My age came in for urology. 
This is what we do is older man. It’s now 10:46 AM. We’re waiting

 for the ride to come back. Well, the one woman is gonna give us a ride bailed out, literally in front of me, but for another guy came 

right afterwards and he agreed to drop us off at the CVS. We agreed that we would sit outside for a while and look at people 


before we went in and then we’re gonna hopefully get seen sooner than it’s 1230 vaccine appointment. Fortunately, the 

CVS wouldn’t do his vaccine because he didn’t have his Medicare card then we tried the quick clinic and I mean the MinuteClinic and that didn’t work either so we planned it for Monday to get his 

vaccines done and it came back had lunch and been mellowing out pretty much the day because it was a little bit chilly today. It wasn’t quite ready for how cool

 it was. Any out 3:46 PM I’m just about to go to the studio for my 4 o’clock class. It’s sunny but it was definitely cooler today. Rob teaches the class today. I was going into class looking at my 

blog. I saw Mary as I was coming in. Well, we went to the class and it wasn’t too bad. I was not as exhausted as I was yesterday. We end up hanging out in the studio and 

chitchatting with others after the class. So after class went back to 

Mary’s and see before that I went ahead and bought my shoes, my sneakers and the 

people that were just Little bit out of it. They seemed young and

 inexperienced, and I didn’t know my shoe size or whether it was wide or tnot 

so I ordered size 10 wide so we’ll see if they fit. As a little stressful

 side came back to Mary’s and just relaxed for a while. That was nice.I then went

 to my CODA meeting, which was lightly attended. There’s an It’s a pretty good 

meeting. We led the meeting and it was. It was a traditions 
meeting. We read the 10th tradition. Anyhow, I caught the bus and the owl pretty quickly and got home and chow down on dinner. Anyhow, I watched 

Seth Meyers, The daily show, and Stephen Colbert, and then I got myself to bed🙃 good times, indeed, my friends
