Tuesday, October 22: Indian Summer

This morning I woke up at The Dorchester and ate my cereal. I was a bit tired and dry from the dry air. I got the Mike’s a little bit late, but not extremely late like I’ve been doing for the

last couple of days. It’s been hard to get myself up and Adam like I like to. I got the Mike’s and he decided he has a difficult time with his coughing and getting

ready in time to get his shot so he never got a shots today. I then decided I needed to take care of business for AA And get the beginners
packets and get the coins. I found

out that CPA does not have any coins you have to order them so they gave me a company to order from so I ordered a $59 in coins online to be delivered at my house so this oughta be interesting if they managed to show

upon time. I’m hoping I’ll get there by next Monday’s meeting. I found out that the four bus is not very reliable so I took the Broadstreet line which is a lot more reliable. Well, I got back to Mike’s

and Mike wasn’t really feeling up to par but we both ate lunch and then Mike and I took a short walk.

It was 83° today. I totally brought too many clothes because I wasn’t expecting to get this warm. It was nice though low humidity I couldn’t ask for nicer

weather. The weather’s going to get a little cooler from here on out

but no rain for at least the next week. I went to my yoga class and Chris said I did

well and two of my poses and that’s really nice to hear. He asked if I was

doing Pilates and I didn’t answer but someone else answer and said he has choir practice.

Technically I could’ve gone to Pilates, but I didn’t want to push it.

Well, our choir group filled a few voices of pride have to rehearse at the

Church of the Holy Trinity because there is mold in the William Way Center

located 13th St. near Spruce Street. It’s definitely more convenient place

but it’s a little harder to hear the piano, etc. It went pretty well. I forgot

my music side to share with somebody who was willing to share. Tom was he

had really bad breath. I almost lost my thermos, but I found it chowed

down on some nature chips nature tortilla chips that is. I’ve been caught to 21 just

as it was showing up came home and
had some leftovers. Well, after this wall of activity, it starts getting busy this weekend with breakfast with Donna and Gwen in Wynwood and then November hits with my mom’s 95th birthday posture clinic with yoga, yin, and yoga, our trip to Asbury parkq
