Sunday, May 31: A Nice Day for Riots
Hello there. After writing that went on last night, the riots continued in Philadelphia and other cities across the United States. This is in
reaction to the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis
innesota. I’ve been pretty busy today but I jsust read that a Philly is on her 6 PM shut down and SEPTA is shutting down as well. Lynne and I hung out all day at her place and then I went shopping for her at the

got four of them and they were the only four that they had left. The whole order which was pretty smile was over 100 bucks I was told
by my friend that’s the way it is at Whole Foods. Anyhow, I decided that I was just going to get through the day and hope things don’t spin our control with these riots etc.

Saturday, May 30: Yoga at Woodland Cemetery
I woke up this morning after the best night of sleep I’ve had in a couple of weeks. I was so tired and I slept so well. Lynn on the other hand told me she didn’t sleep well at all due to her pinched nerve her
houlder and her cat waking her up at the crack of dawn. Of course I was blissfully unaware of all that because I was slumbering like crazy. We decided
hat we would take up our yoga teachers up invite to go to the Woodland cemetery and do outdoor Bikram yoga.
We sort of had to rush because I woke up very late. Actually it was only 1030 but we’re supposed to be there around 1:30 PM today. Well we got together and I got I went home and got
my yoga mat and towel and a pair of shorts. We then found a decent parking space on Chester Avenue. We went to the gate
and waited for the teacher. Gerardo was already there and signaled us to meet them up in the cemetery. We were doing Vikram yoga in the middle of a graveyard but it
was really nice. The weather was perfect. Sunny with a nice breeze and 80° outside. Yoga was really cool It was Gerardo myself Lynn and another dude and we all really had a nice
ime. The other guy left early because he had to work. After yoga
e free all hung out and talked for a while
. It was a good talk and he’s a nice man he’s really deep and spiritual. After we parted ways we walked around the cemetery for a
little bit and Lynne was tired so we went back to Ardmore. I dropped her off and drove home and took a shower made some Indian still ate and then took a shower. That shower felt pretty good. I also managed to pull in a shave as well. 6:30 PM rolled around and I got ready and left around 6:40 PM to get to Ardmore by 7 PM to pick up Lynne. We picked up some pizza

Friday, May 29: Finalizing a Report, Using AC
Well I woke in Ardmore and got myself ready to leave to walk to the Norristown high-speed line train. I took my time and headed on down to the south part
of Ardmore. I caught the train and paid the 250 cash faire. It wasn’t too bad out a little bit humid
but not terribly hot. I signed in on time and found out that they’re really getting strict on time and
attendance with the emails. I heard they are asking people to put in time for being a minute late. Now that’s kind of ridiculous. I’ll put in for a minute late but that’s just stupid and time-consuming. I think the states looking for ways to penalize people for being late or not working hard enough so they can make people come to the office for that kind of reason. I don’t know but… The riots going on in Minneapolis Minnesota due to the death of George Floyd. A police officer kneeled on his neck and he suffocated and died right on the street. There was a video that came out and there were riots last night. Even a CNN reporter was arrested along with this camera crew. One of the officers was formally charged with third-degree murder today. It’s a hot mess. Of course Trump had to make things worse by calling the protester slugs in implying that they should be shot.

Thursday, May 28: A Busy Busy day
Well after a decent night of sleep I got up and rolled over and listen to an AA meeting which was pretty good. I realize that I had talked a little loud and that wasn’t good. then took the car and drove home. I signed in with my phone and it made me later than I actually was it was weird. Anyway, I started on the COVID-19 reports which needed to be done. I’m not done them yet but I’ve
ade good progress on it. I should do them as they come but I got so caught up in other reports that that I didn’t
get them done. I just found out I have another
report to do and make sure all the districts turn in the report. That used
to be done by a coworker who has since deceased in March My supervisor has
een doing it but looks like that’s my one of my jobs I’m going to pick up. Well I left my house and headed toward Fairmount. Google maps took me to 48th Street to Lancaster Ave. It was a smooth ride. I arrived and
found a nice parking spot right across the street at 29th St. near Gerard. We
ere hanging out and and through a couple things out it was very simple job. He’s got movers doing most of the work. It was nice to see him after many months since coping 19 came to town. I didn’t left his place
round 4:20 PM And drove towards Ardmore PA. The ride went pretty
w ell. I was looking to get air in the tire but really I didn’t have enough time. We&
then we drove up to Wayne toward the chiropractor. It ended up we didn’t need the chiropractor because there was no appointment and Lynn and made an appointment with someone who takes my insurance which instead of paying 75 bucks a pop I nly paid 20 bucks a pop. That’s a great deal. Wes is going to be moving to Ardmore so will be Neighbors part time Neighbors whatever Neighbors. Doreen came and went and it’s pretty nice outside not as humid as it was during the day. I think I’m staying over and watching more Hell on Wheels. The Netflix show

Wednesday, May 27: 100,000 Deaths 💀 from COVID-19
Well today I got up early looked at my phone and then decided to go back to sleep when 7:08 AM here I was just way too tired.
needed to be alert so I can get some stuff done. Unfortunately my computer was slow but the coffee was really good that I had. I
didn’t go out for lunch since I had the food and the Pepsi already there. It got pretty warm in here today and I was actually sweating a little bit but I didn’t turn on the AC it wasn’t
uite that warm as of yet. Today we reached that threshold of 100,000 deaths from the coronavirus/COVID-19. States continue to cautiously reopen even though testing has not been widespread.
Trump is busy writing up conspiracy theories about the mail in voting and Joe Scarborough killing one of his assistants 20 years ago. Well I’m gonna be picked
up in about 10 minutes at around 6:45 PM. I just caught
up with this blog and trying to get my place needed up a little bit from all the boxes I got last week. I helped Pat with the garage door opening. Yes, it was the first time went outside all
ay. I was glad to be able to help Tomorrow I’m to help Wes do some moving not moving but just throwing stuff out. He’s going to treat me to dinner. It’s 6:45 PM I went outside to wait for Lynne
to pick me up in the be ready. She’s running a little late but that’s OK I had to take care of some stuff in the house anywaey. I didn’t get it all done but I got a little bit done. It’s not 7:36 PM Lynne reminded me I have a chiropractic appointment
tomorrow so I’m gonna help Wes earlier in the day and stick to doing that only. I am going to get the car tomorrow so it’ll be a lot quicker trip to
Fairmount. The good thing is it we’re not moving shit we’re just throwing stuff out in the front area so it will be a pretty easy job. We went to TD Bank CVS and Rite Aid. My next going to take a nice walk and then have some dinner. Dinner was tasty and we watched three episodes of “Hell on Wheels.” It’s a series that’s held during the era of the transcontinental railroad. Very excellent program we’re on season two episode four
