Tuesday, September 22: Rainy. Life Stuff

Good day, boys and girls. We are now in the fall and fall, entered with quite the draft draft and droopy way of weather. I went to like really early meeting today and then I went to Mike’s where I made a follow up decision and that’s gonna be a process. I made some calls to the dentist and I changed my appointment with the dentist for Thursday morning was gonna take a trip Thursday afternoon, but that had to be postponed. Wasn’t much in the mood for blogging much I don’t think I took the normal amount of video that I usually take. Feeling kind of weighed down so it’ll be good to go to Yoga and sweat that shit out. I think Summer is really ended now there’s might have a hot day in October sometime but I think we’re pretty much done with the heat and now we’re in today damp. It’s now 348 is really spitting rain and chilly. The rain did hold off most of the day which was good. Glad I’m gonna be going away this weekend. Got a 90 minute class Tuesday being Tuesday. I got Choir, which will keep me going till 9:45 PM. That’s all I gotta say about that. Well, I went to class and loopy taught the class and she’s staying an extra month in Philly. So the weekend after we get back from Boston, we could take one of her classes if we want. Anyway, that class was pretty steamy. My balance was off, but I really tried to concentrate because I needed to. After Class cooled off and went back to the Dorchester got about 10 minutes of rest, which was very nice but very short and then wobbled on over the Choir where we went over some songs, including one that’s in French one that’s very pretty. The French one has about eight blind with alto One me all the way one and two for each part. It stopped raining, thank God and it looks like it won’t rain tomorrow cause it looks like the storm beard south can’t wait to take off these moist socks and sit and eat. 

Thursday, April 2: Cold,🥶Damp. Rehab and Nap

Good day everybody today is the flipside of what yesterday was weather-wise. Right now it’s barely above 50°

 & there’s is a bit of a wind. I definitely underdressed for the occasion. I read the highest going up to 60 but that happened early at night. I didn’t look at the hour by our temperatures so there’s that. Anyhow, I got to Mike’s. I started the laundry process. I had to fill up two washers cause he accumulated so many dirty clothes that smelled. I had to do that. Next thing is I switched them to the dryer and well one of the washers Spin cycle decided to stop working. It was different than the before when they had the same problem as the left washer now it’s the right washer didn’t do the spin cycle correctly so I had to turn on the dryer twice. that smelled  I actually use two dryers and the clothes from the working washer or dry and Mike’s folding them up Mike’s calling the chain center and also called about his credit score for the appointment we have tomorrow with 801 Locust. Trump fired Attorney General Pam Bondi after criticism over Epstein Files. Well, somebody had to take the fall for the whole Epstein debacle. I guess it was her. I guess he’ll hire somebody to do a better cover-up job than her. I just finished  up Rehab. It was very interesting. They tried on this vest that would push my shoulders back and help me pushing my scapula when I’m doing activities. It seemed to have helped. The thing is in order for it to be effective that I only wear it when I’m doing tasks and Yoga is a task and I may just have to keep my T-shirt on while doing class, but I think it’s the best way to use the vest. They’re gonna order one and they said it should be covered. Mike wants you to go to CVS before I go. It’s very fortunate to catch the 29 as it showed up five minutes early, which is a good thing. Maryann and I decided that we would skip yoga today cause we’ve gone every day for the last month and a half without fail even on Sundays and we dig accomplish our 30 day challenge good day to take a rest cause it’s really just cold and nasty out. It’s now 4:46 PM I’m at Mary. She’s still taking a shower and I think I would probably start my napping, but I have to pee so I don’t know if I can really sleep at all considering my bladder is kind of in the mood.

Thursday, December 28: More Fun w/ CVS Caremark Pharmacy

Well this morning I got up and got a little bit late to Mike’s. The

 ride from SEPTA was uneventful which is always good and then I just merely went to Mike’s and dida  little sweeping and then went on an errand. Mike found out 

that the Rite Aid is officially closing on January 11, 2024. I had a feeling it was closing so it’s not a complete
shocker. After I got back with Mike Mary  

 said she went to Ray and found out the prices of one of the activities. She figured it would be close to $500 an extra expenses once we got there. Then, got a notice from CVS that

 they’re going to mail my prescriptions over. I called them up and found out that they didn’t approve. The prior

 is the authorization and I told the doctor and I went back-and-forth 



with them. I have a nice dossier. The woman was very nice on the phone. It’s a prior authorization group that’s incompetent
mean I have a whole thing on my Notes app about this bullshit so I left it that , that would either be 24 hours for the pre-authorization or 48 hours for the preop authorization

 before they would mail it in. I did give my credit card information so when they’re ready to mail it to just bill me and it’ll be mailed hopefully sometime before January 14 when I’m off to Costa Rica. It’s still drizzly outside even though weather doesn’t show any rain.  it’s 3:45 PM heading over to yoga class.  
Class was very hot! Good thing I brought Gatorade and water with me because I drank that stuff right up. I then took a shower and got some more water and drink half of that water before 

Vinyasa class. Asia don’t take Vinyasa class on Thursdays but today was the last class so I did. Mary did as well. I got my third thing of 

water today just now it’s 654. I have CODA wish I could go there early and sleep upstairs for a minute, but there’s an AA meeting 
but anyway hopefully the rain drizzle stopped. I went over to Mary’s 

and just relaxed and skipped the CODA meeting because I was tired and 

it felt good. Just lying down and resting. I left there around 10:30 and 

called to 21 and came home. That resting was really clutch. then to the final week of 2023 is closing out.
