Thursday, November 5: 65 Years old today

Good day everybody today is my birthday. I’m 65 years old as of today no I did not get my SEPTA 65-year-old fair card. I just didn’t have any time. I got the Mike’s did some stuff in the next thing you know it’s time to go to my PT appointment for I did that I picked up an Amazon order at this old address. I had to hustle and I was still about seven minutes late, but it didn’t really matter. I was given some pretty intense exercises today can’t even name all. My co-pays the same with my new medical plan. Sorry I got PT. I had a smoothie and that’s basically what I had for lunch. Good thing I had that nutritious breakfast. Anyhow, I got that big heavy wooden cabinet that Mary got for free delivered to Mike’s. Mike discovered some of his stuff had Roche eggs. He threw one thing out and I cleaned out his pill thing. Anyhow, I really tired. I had to get to Yoga my flat feet oh my God by flat feet. I just been walking. I feel like I’ve walked everywhere anyway it’s 3:48 PM and I’m heading to Yoga. It’s a medical class too, and they’re having a little extra to them looking for to adapt before CODA. Hopefully the wind will just continue and it won’t be pouring rain. We’ve had so many nice days in a row we were due for overcast weather, but the breeze does feel pretty good.
