Tuesday, November 5: Election Day & 63 years
Well, I got up right away, but I knew I couldn’t catch that one 07 bus so I caught the 109 bus from 69th St. terminal after filling my backpack getting a super cough and gnashing down on a banana. Anyhow, the bus rambled on and I got to the polling place expecting just to walk in and walk out while there was a line. Turns out there’s only one working person working the polls in this Polling place. I took some video evidence of the line. It’s now 7:40 AM. I got here at around 7:10 AM.

Monday, November 4: Election Eve
Well, it’s a Monday and I had ordered Amazon last night and I could only get it from 7 to 8 AM and the food came in but it was at 7:50 AM and
they put it downstairs and I was looking around at my neighbor so I took up some time so I was late to work today. The train showed up quickly and I hopped
the board and ended up at Mike’s. I did a little bit of cleaning, but I was pretty just feeling kind of like unmotivated Monday. I did do a couple
errands for Mike and encouraged him to shower, but I don’t think we’re walking today. He kind of got away with that but At least we
took care of the shower thing. Talk to Mary for a moment I talked to Alice today she’s coming up this coming Friday. We’ll see her on Sunday for my mom‘s 95th birthday. Today’s the last day of me
being 62 I remember last year when I turned 62 I applied at the senior place near Mike’s and in about three weeks I got rejected because I make too much money
for them. That’s really weird. Anyway, I’m planning to do the usual
go to 4 o’clock yoga class and go to MONDAY Night Beginners which is right nearby at the Ethical
society. Anyhow, I got Mike his Imodium and then I went back charged up my
phone and it’s now 3:40 PM and I’m getting ready to go to Byron ‘s 4 o’clock class.
I like his classes. They are very tough and I didn’t get my usual Sunday
off so I’m gonna have to pace myself today. well, I went to class today and I actually
felt pretty good. I drank a large water and I think that helped. I was
pretty loose. Anyhow, we are invited to see Evan at Fleischer Art memorial with
this group filament which is a chamber music group. That oughta be
pretty interesting. We got the Mary’s after class and then I went to my meeting. The meeting was about I think called that could’ve would’ve should’ve.”And it was good.

Sunday, November 3: Breakfast and Yoga
I woke up at the Dorchester. We had breakfast I had cereal and so did Mary. We have a long day of yoga ahead of us so we brought some bananas and figured
we might go to get a smoothie between 11 o’clock class and the posture clinic that we’re going to. I made it on time to the 11 o’clock class and Dan taught a
good class. I think it’s the first time I’ve taken a Sunday morning class in a long time. I definitely felt Sunday vibe because my body was stiff and I was struggling a bit. However, I did enjoy the class.
I drank a lot of water during the class and right after. Mary and I decided to go to the marathon Grill and get what they call a green machine smoothie. Boy that thing hit the spot. Oh my God that hit the spot really good. We
went to the processor clinic and there was about 11 or 12 of us there
it was really well done. We asked questions and got some pretty good advice on various standing postures.
They’re the ones on the most part I struggle with. It’s mainly due
to the balance. We found out during the posture clinic that the NN violin class was postponed
until November 24.That’s the day before Mary and I fly out to
visit Alice in California. I got some good advice on one posture. It’s the posture where you spread your legs out and try to touch your head on the ground and hold your hands underneath
your feet. That’s the ideal pose. afterwards, we decided to order Indian early so we’d
have an earlier evening since tomorrow is a workday. We ended up watching Spotlight, which is the movie about the Catholicpedophile priest discovery in Boston. That later spread to many
major cities in the US and the world. I’ve been called to 21 bus and got home and watched the deck documentary by Michael Moore
called
Fahrenheit 11/9 This move talked about Trump beating Clinton and how we got there. It was quite scary and depressing especially the beginning part Obama did not escape scrutiny in his handling of the Flint Michigan situation this is filmed in 2018.

Saturday, November 2: A Day in Rittenhouse Sq.
Today I woke up written now square and Mary and I decided we’d go out to eat for breakfast since I wasn’t gonna have time to grab lunch because I have
choir practice till about 4 o’clock. Yes, I’m going to be leaving a little early because I have yoga at 4 PM. And it takes at least 20 minutes to walk from
The church to the holy train to the yoga class. Mary and I went to the heart Café at 22nd Sansom and I had a breakfast burrito and we talked for a while and
we talked with the owners mother and they’re doing all kinds of things at that café including FOX 29 coming over there
at 11 o’clock on November 11. Anyhow choir, I went to choir practice just in time and and sang a couple of songs that had foreign language
in them so that was interesting to put it loudly. It’s now 2:34pm. We’re on a 20 minute break. I finished walking around right now Square and they went back to choir practice at about 2:45 PM. I have to leave practice approximately
3:40 PM to make time for yoga class. well, somebody else left a little bit earlier than
I did so I guess it won’t hurt me too much. They were switching songs
when I left at around 3:30. I didn’t wanna push it since they’re in between songs. It’s still nice out a little bit cool but it is it is nice out. Well, I went to the 4 o’clock class
with Mia &that was a good class as usual. We did the 90 minute class
and it was good as usual still struggle with my balance but other things were OK. We then went back to Mary’s and had some delicious veggie burgers which I very much enjoyed. We then watched Law and order which was fun.
