Hello I got up and it was cloudy and then it started to rain by mid morning. A little more work today than I did the last two days but it wasn’t
too bad. I 
now today I have an appointment later on that I have to remember. I didn’t go outside today because it was raining. I had my regular lunch
but almost forgot
to drink my smoothie that I made. I went to the appointment after I finished work and
I was a little bit late getting to Ardmore. The session was very intense. We then drove back in the rain and watch some heartland.
