Monday, October 28: Core Power Yoga, Shopping and Relaxing 🤢

Well after staying up way too late watching YouTube movie called The Escort. This movie is about sex addict 

 ournalist who lost his job and one of the right a story to get a new job at another 

 ublication. He ran into this college educated woman from Stanford 

 ho was working at an escort as an escrow agent couldn’t get another job due to people spreading stuff about her. 

 Well as you might’ve guessed they fell in love etc.  I got up around 9 o’clock or so. We were too late 
 or the 945 class so we went to the 10 30/4 one class. We first stopped over and got some smoothies the headlight to Jen‘s room and fruit which was very tasty.  They were large 20 ounce cups. At first 

 he yoga class was pretty slow and wasn’t too hot. Then I turn heat up a little bit but he wasn’t as hot as big room/hot yoga  but it was in the 90s. They first did the moves really slow then they beat them up next thing you know it in the middle class I thought

 and had the urge to throw up so I couldn’t beat it back so I quietly left class and got rid of half of my smoothie. It was too 

 uch heavy liquid combined with exercise and sweating. I got back to class and I was all right. Afterwords we went on her 

 hopping excursion from target to Petsmart to the international store etc. at the 

 nternational store we took a lunch break before finishing up the shopping at the store. I 

 ad some Middle Eastern
/Persian soup that was tasty and mild on my stomach. The barfing kind of took a toll on my stomach and my stomach was not in the mood for
 anything to outlandish. I also wasn’t

 in the mood for Starbucks as one might understand. After the cat we got Alice her special kind of nuts. The special kind of nuts are called  pine nuts. The kind of white looking like beans. She 

 akes them for her special pastor that she makes that last for about a month. I had a little taste of it this afternoon and it’s tasty. She puts all kinds of stuff in it including the pinenuts. She  tells me



 that’s A normal ingredient in pesto. It’s now 446 I’m gonna have Alice drove  me to the first meeting I’ve been to since I got here. It’s a local one here in Poway. I don’t 

 hink I’m going to be able to hit Encinitas unless I Uber or just rent a car for 

 he day and bump around by myself. 
  have to figure that out for us tomorrow I’m having at 10:30 PM flight out of San Diego
