As I was walking back with my 2 dogs from the city lot behind the Oar House there was a great commotion. I found out that there was a shooting ACROSS from MY house a shooting at 122 E. Pine. This home is rented by a member of the Harvey Family and has become a problem property where scores of kids hang out
